Kivlenieks has gone 5-1-2 with a 2.37 GAA and .909 SV% in seven AHL games this season. Kivlenieks has earned his first career call-up but likely won't get any starts with the big club. Joonas Korpisalo figures to get all three starts on their road trip with Kivlenieks replacing Elvis Merzlikins as his back-up until next week.

With Columbus heading out on a three-game road trip that does not have a back-to-back, Merzlikins heads to Cleveland just to get some playing time.
