Yamamoto will take a seat on Friday in order to make way for the return of Alex Kerfoot (lower-body). Yamamoto has appeared in 26 games this season, registering four goals and five assists.

Blackwell has played all but one game this season, but will be a healthy scratch on Friday against the Anaheim Ducks. The 32-year-old forward has seven points (2G / 5A) in 34 games this season. Adam Erne will return from a lower-body injury and draw into the lineup as Blackwell's replacement.

Dickinson has not played the previous two games for San Jose, but will return to the lineup on Saturday against the Seattle Kraken. The 19-year-old rookie defendseman has three points (1G / 2A) in 26 games this season.

Olen Zellweger will be a healthy scratch on Friday against the Dallas Stars, allowing Helleson to re-enter the lineup. The 24-year-old Helleson returns from a two-game absence. He has nine points (2G / 7A) in 32 games this season.

Drew Helleson will draw back into Anaheim's lineup on Friday against the Dallas Stars, resulting in Zellweger being a healthy scratch. The 22-year-old Zellweger will sit for the first time this season. He has 14 points (5G / 9A) in 34 games this season.

Fleury will make his return from a one month absence, returning from a concussion, resulting in Schenn heading to the sidelines as a healthy scratch. The 36-year-old Schenn has four assists and 61 hits in 24 games this season.

Kotkaniemi has been a healthy scratch for the past few games, but will re-enter the lineup on Friday against the Florida Panthers. Perreault will slot into the lineup in place of Artemi Panarin, who is out with an illness. The 20-year-old Perreault recorded one assists in three games with the Rangers earlier this season, but has spent most of the campaign in the AHL, where he has 17 points (10G / 7A) in 20 games with Hartford.

It's unclear whether van Riemsdyk is dealing with an undisclosed injury or simply a healthy scratch. Declan Chisholm will draw into the lineup in his place.

Chisholm will slot in for Trevor van Riemsdyk, who was a surprise scratch on Thursday. Chisholm will start the game with Rasmus Sandin on Washington's third pair.

Skinner was a healthy scratch numerous times with the Oilers last season and he hoped for more playing time with the up-and-coming Sharks this season, but seen more of the same, returning to the sidelines as a healthy scratch on Thursday against the Dallas Stars. The 33-year-old Skinner has seven points (4G / 3A) in 22 games this season.

Othmann has only played one game with the Rangers this season and will draw back into the lineup for the first time since October 26th. He has 10 points (4G / 6A) in 19 games with the Hartford Wolf Pack.

Levshunov was a healthy scratch in Chicago's most recent game, resulting from a coach's decision after being late for a team meeting. He returns to the lineup on Thursday against the Montreal Canadiens. Strong play from Levshunov rewarded him with overtaking a role on Chicago's top powerplay unit, but he has cooled down lately. He has 14 points (1G / 13A) in 31 games this season, but has only one assist in his last seven games

Boqvist has only played once in the last three weeks, but will return to the lineup on Friday against the Vancouver Canucks. The 25-year-old Boqvist is averaging 12:41 time-on-ice and has one assist in 11 games this season.
