Puljujarvi had his contract terminated by the Pittsburgh Penguins in early February after failing to establish his presence regularly in the lineup. The 26-year-old forward had nine points (3G / 6A) in 26 games with the Penguins this season.

Brown was the 11th overall pick of the Senators in the 2016 NHL Draft but has primarily been an AHL player. The 27-year-old forward scored 19 points (7G / 12A) in 25 games with the Syracuse Crunch (AHL) this season.

Olivier has impressed in his third season with the Blue Jackets, averaging a career-high 14:26 time-on-ice and scoring a career-high 21 points (12G / 9A) through only 61 games this season. He has become a staple on the team's third line, collecting 232 hits, the second most in the NHL.

Boqvist has impressed in his first season with Florida, averaging 13:01 time-on-ice and scoring 22 points (12G / 10A) in 59 games in primarily a bottom-six role. The 26-year-old forward is in his sixth NHL season and has 91 points (46G / 45A) in 295 career games.

Evans has 28 points (12G / 16A) in 61 games this season, only one shy of the career-high 29 points (13G / 16A) he scored in 72 games in the 2021-22 season. The 28-year-old forward has spent his entire six-year career in Montreal.

Scheel is an undrafted goalie out of the University of North Dakota. He has spent most of the previous four seasons in the AHL. The 25-year-old netminder has a 2.61 GAA and .911 SV% in 11 games (8-1-2) with the Colorado Eagles (AHL) this season.

Maatta has impressed in his first season with Utah, earning himself a three-year contract extension. The 30-year-old defenseman started the season with the Detroit Red Wings before being traded to Utah. He has 14 points (2G / 12A) through 51 games and is averaging 20:41 time-on-ice, his highest total since his second NHL season in 2014-15.

Harding was a seventh-round pick, 223rd overall, of the Penguins in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft. The 20-year-old defenseman is in his third OHL season and has 55 points (7G / 48A) in 59 games with the Brampton Steelheads.

Willis was a fourth-round pick, 111th overall, of the Nashville Predators in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft. The 19-year-old forward has 44 points (21G / 23A) in 38 OHL games between the Saginaw Spirit and the Kingston Frontenacs this season.

Lindgren is in his third season with the Capitals and has gone 13-10-3 with a. 2.70 GAA and .896 SV% in 27 games. He's taken a step-back from his 2023-24 form, but has formed a great goaltending tandem with Logan Thompson, who the Capitals extended for six years in January.

With Thatcher Demko battling a lower-body injury during the preseason, the Canucks signed Lankinen to a one-year contract to temporarily fill the void in the team's crease. That said, Lankinen has impressed in his first season with the Canucks, posting a solid 2.53 GAA, .905 SV%, and four shutouts in 34 games (19-8-7), earning himself a lucrative five-year, $22.5 million contract.

O'Connor was acquired from Pittsburgh in late January in the deal that saw Marcus Pettersson also come to Vancouver and has signed a two-year, $5 million contract extension ($2.5 million AAV) on Tuesday to remain a Canuck for the foreseeable future. O'Connor is in his fifth NHL season and has eight goals and 18 points in 57 games played between Pittsburgh and Vancouver in 2024-25.

Steel is in his second season in Dallas and has earned himself a two-year contract extension worth $4.2 million ($2.1M AAV) after collecting four goals and 17 points in 53 games played this season. The 27-year-old has spent most of 2024-25 in Dallas' bottom six but still averages 14:45 TOI per game this season.
