Schenn is expected to be a healthy scratch vs. Montreal on Wednesday.

Elias Salomonsson and Neal Pionk (lower body) will return to the Jets' blueline on Wednesday against the Canadiens, resulting in Luke Schenn and Colin Miller being healthy scratches. The 36-year-old Schenn is averaging 13:57 time-on-ice, nearly four minutes less than he was last season. He has 41 hits, 24 blocks, and four assists in 18 games this season.

Luke Schenn
Nyquist is expected to be a healthy scratch in Montreal on Wednesday.

Nyquist was acquired in the offseason to help mitigate the loss of Nikolaj Ehlers, but he has struggled finding his footing with the Jets. The 36-year-old Nyquist only has six points (0G / 6A) in 20 games, and has been held off the scoresheet in six straight. Cole Koepke will draw into the lineup as Nyquist's replacement.

Gustav Nyquist
Salomonsson will draw back into Winnipeg's lineup in Montreal on Wednesday.

Salamonsson was drafted in the second-round, 55th overall, by the Jets in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft. The 21-year-old Swedish defenseman played two games last week, making his NHL debut. He made his North American professional debut last season in the AHL, scoring 27 points (5G / 22A) in 53 games with the Manitoba Moose.

Elias Salomonsson
Pionk (lower-body) is expected to return in Montreal on Wednesday.

Pionk has not played in over a week, tending to a lower-body injury, but he will return on Wednesday against the Montreal Canadiens. The 30-year-old Pionk has been relied upon heavily this season, averaging 22:44 time-on-ice and recording five points (1G / 4A), 36 blocks, and 42 hits in 21 games.

Neal Pionk
Ersson will start vs. Buffalo on Wednesday.

The Flyers are coming off a disappointing 5-1 loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins and hope to rebound on Wednesday, turning to Ersson to tend the twine against the Buffalo Sabres. The 26-year-old Ersson has struggled this season, but performed well in his most recent outing, saving 28 of 31 shots (.903 SV%) in a 4-3 shootout win over the New York Islanders. Ersson has a 3.09 GAA and .859 SV% in eight games this season (4-2-2).

Samuel Ersson
Miner has been recalled from the Colorado Eagles (AHL).

Scott Wedgewood did not finish Tuesday's game due to an upper-body injury. Head Coach Jared Bednar emphasized it was just precautionary, but the team has recalled Miner from the Colorado Eagles (AHL) nonetheless. The 24-year-old Miner posted a 2.12 GAA and .909 SV% in two games with the Avalanche earlier this season (0-0-2).

Trent Miner
Acciari (upper-body) is practicing in a normal sweater on Wednesday.

Acciari has been out since November 3rd due to an upper-body injury and returned to Pittsburgh's practice in a regular jersey on Wednesday. It is a good indicator that the 34-year-old may be ready to return in the upcoming days. In 13 games this season, he has three assists, 12 PIMs and 11 SOG.

Noel Acciari
Brazeau (upper-body) returned to Pittsburgh's practice in full on Wednesday.

Brazeau started the season on fire with 12 points in his first 12 games with Pittsburgh but had to head to IR on October 30th after sustaining an upper-body injury. The 27-year-old returned to practice in full on Wednesday and is hopeful to re-enter Pittsburgh's lineup in the upcoming days.

Justin Brazeau
Davidson is expected to draw back into Montreal's lineup vs. Winnipeg on Wednesday.

Florian Xhekaj is expected to be a healthy scratch on Wednesday against the Winnipeg Jets, allowing Davidson to re-enter the lineup. The 23-year-old Davidson is averaging 8:17 time-on-ice with zero points through five games in his first NHL season.

Jared Davidson
Dobes is expected to start vs. Winnipeg on Wednesday.

The Canadiens have lost seven of their last 10 (3-6-1) and will turn to Dobes on Wednesday against the Winnipeg Jets. After a sensational first month of the season, posting a stellar 1.97 GAA and .930 SV% in six games (6-0-0), Dobes has fallen off significantly, ending November with an ugly 4.42 GAA and .849 SV% in seven games (2-3-2). The Canadiens hope to change their fortunes on Wednesday, entering the action as +105 home underdogs against a struggling Jets team that has lost five of its last six (1-5-0).

Jakub Dobes
Ersson was in the starter's crease at morning skate on Wednesday.

The Flyers are coming off a disappointing 5-1 loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins and hope to rebound on Wednesday, likely turning to Ersson to tend the twine against the Buffalo Sabres.

Markstrom was in the starter's crease at morning skate on Wednesday.

The Devils have allowed five goals in each of their last two games (0-2-0), and will hope for some defensive stability on Wednesday, likely turning to Markstrom to tend the twine against the Dallas Stars. The 35-year-old Markstrom allowed four goals on 31 shots (.871 SV%) in his most recent game, a 5-3 loss to the Philadelphia Flyers, and has struggled with consistency all season. Markstrom has a 3.60 GAA and .874 SV% in 12 games this season (7-4-1).

Jacob Markstrom
Ristolainen (ruptured right tricep tendon) skated in a non-contact jersey at practice on Wednesday.

Ristolainen's 2024-25 season was cut short due to a ruptured right triceps tendon, but he is making progress after skating with the team for the first time on Wednesday. The 30-year-old is entering his 13th NHL season and has not completed a full 82-game season since 2015-16. Before his injury last season, he had four goals, 19 points, and 100 SOG across 63 games played. At the end of October, he was given a 4-6 week recovery timeline, meaning he could still be targeting mid-December for his season debut.

Rasmus Ristolainen
Callahan (lower body) left Tuesday's game and did not return.

Callahan most recent stint in Boston, following a call-up earlier in the week, was cut short on Tuesday, exiting the team's 5-4 loss to the Detroit Red Wings early in the first period due to a lower-body injury. He has zero points, three hits, and nine blocks in five games with Boston this season.

Michael Callahan
Seguin (lower body) exited Tuesday's game and will be reevaluated on Wednesday.

Seguin was favoring his knee after an awkward collision, leaving in the first period of Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the New York Rangers. Stars' Head Coach Glen Gulutzan said following the game that he was remaining hopeful, but given Seguin's injury history in recent years, there is cause for concern. The 33-year-old Seguin has 17 points (7G / 10A) in 27 games this season.
