Hart allowed three goals on 27 shots in the Flyers loss to the Penguins on Monday. The loss snapped an eight-game winning streak for Hart, who is a must-start this afternoon vs. the Red Wings. The 20-year-old netminder has quickly turned into one of the best goalies in the NHL and stopped 20 of 22 shots in a 3-2 win in his first start vs. the Red Wings (Dec.18).

Hart allowed two goals on 32 shots in the Flyers win over the Ducks on Saturday. Hart extended his winning streak to eight games, posting a 2.35 GAA and .934 SV% over that span. Tonight he faces the Penguins for the first time in his carer and comes in at 9-2-1 with a 2.33 GAA and .932 SV% on home-ice since being called-up.


Hill was brought up to serve as Calvin Pickard’s backup on Tuesday but his return to the AHL suggests that Darcy Kemper will be back on Thursday vs. the Blue Jackets.

Darcy Kuemper suffered and upper-body injury in Dallas last night, so Hill comes up to serve as Calvin Pickard’s backup on Tuesday. Hill could remain with the team and get some playing time if Kuemper misses some time.

Hart allowed four goals on 44 shots, setting a new career-high in saves (40) in the Flyers overtime win over the Oilers on Saturday. The rookie netminder is the main reason for the Flyers recent success, winning six starts in a row while posting a 2.63 GAA and .926 SV%. Tonight he faces a surprising Canucks team that is 12-12-3 on the road this season.

Hart allowed two goals on 25 shots in the Flyers win in Boston on Thursday. Hart has been one of the hottest goalies in the NHL as of late, winning five in a row while posting a 2.38 GAA and .930 SV%. The 20-year-old grew up 20 minutes outside of Edmonton and will get a shot at his hometown team this afternoon. The Oilers have the worst record in the NHL (5-12-0) since the middle of December.


Smith has missed the last seven games with an injury but was on the ice for Friday’s morning skate and will be game-time decision in Carolina. Smith has nine goals and 18 assists (27 points) in 45 games this season.



Hart allowed one goal on 35 shots in the Flyers win in Montreal on January 19th. Hart finished strong before the bye week, winning three in a row while stopping 106 of 115 shots (.922 SV%). Tonight he faces the Jets on home-ice, where he is 5-2-1 with a 2.51 GAA and .923 SV% in eight games this season.


Hart gave up four goals on 38 shots in the Flyers win over the Wild on Monday. Hart had a couple of rough starts early-on but has settled in as of late, going 2-2-0 with a 2.55 GAA and .928 SV% in his last four starts. He draws a tough matchup tonight vs. a Bruins team that has won six of their last eight (6-1-1).

Hart allowed three goals on 26 shots in the Flyers loss in New Jersey on Saturday afternoon. The 20-year-old has gone 3-5-1 with a 2.54 GAA and .916 SV% since coming up from Lehigh Valley (AHL) and will make his 10th career start tonight. He is 3-2-1 with a 2.18 GAA and .927 SV% in six starts in Philadelphia.

Hill allowed two goals on 23 shots in the Panthers loss to the Oilers on January 2nd. Darcy Kuemper has been starting the majority of the Coyotes games but Hill will make his 11th start tonight in Calgary. The 22-year-old has gone 5-1-0 with a 2.03 GAA, .930 SV% and one shutout on the road this season.

Eichel has missed the last three games with an upper-body injury but will be back Friday in Carolina. Eichel has enjoyed a quality campaign, collecting 15 goals and 34 assists (49 points) in 40 games.
