Lizotte was not on the ice for the Kings' morning skate and will not play vs. the Kraken. Lias Andersson will draw into the lineup to replace him on the fourth line.
Malkin (undisclosed) is not on the ice for warmups.
It's unclear why Malkin is not on the ice, he was present for the morning skate and was expected to play in New York. Jeff Carter would likely move up the lineup to replace Malkin.
Rakell is expected to make his Penguins debut on Tuesday.
Rakell did not arrive in time for the morning skate but is still expected to make his debut vs. the Blue Jackets. With him missing the morning skate, it's unclear who he will skate with.
The Penguins acquired Rickard Rakell from the Ducks for Zach Aston-Reese, Dominik Simon, Calle Clang and a 2022 second-round pick.

Jones has played in 12 straight games but will come out of the lineup on Thursday to make room for Riley Stillman. Jones' offence has actually picked up recently, posting five points (1G / 4A) in his last seven games.
Karlsson (forearm) is expected to return to the Sharks lineup on Thursday.

Dewar will be a healthy scratch on Tuesday.
With Jordan Greenway returning from an upper-body injury, Dewar will be the one to sit to make room for him. Dewar had become a regular in the Wild lineup, posting five points (2G / 3A) in 27 games.
The Oilers recalled Stuart Skinner from Bakersfield (AHL).
With Mike Smith dealing with an illness, Skinner will serve as Mikko Koskinen's backup in Calgary. Skinner has gone 11-2-4 with a 2.24 GAA and .919 SV% in 18 games with Bakersfield this season.
Dumba (lower-body) is on the ice for warmups and is expected to play on Sunday.
Hayes (lower-body) will return to the Flyers lineup on Saturday afternoon.
Hayes had an infection in his groin area and underwent a third procedure, which has kept him out since January 17th. Hayes will be back on the Flyers' third line and second power-play unit on Saturday.
Chinakhov will be back in the Blue Jackets lineup on Friday.
Chinakhov has been a healthy scratch for the last two games but will replace Brendan Gaunce (day-to-day) in the lineup on Friday. Chinakhov has scored six goals with five assists (11 points) in 43 games this season.
Mantha (shoulder) is on the ice for warmups and is expected to play on Thursday.
The Capitals have activated Anthony Mantha (shoulder) from IR.
Mantha is listed as a game-time decision for Thursday's game but being activated from IR clears the way and suggests that he will play tonight. Mantha is expected to skate on the second line with Nicklas Backstrom and TJ Oshie and will be on the second power-play unit.
