Malkin has served his four-game suspension and will play Saturday in Detroit.
Malkin was suspended for cross-checking Mark Borowiecki on April 10th and missed the last four games, where the Penguins went 2-1-1. He was back on the second line in Friday's practice and will play Saturday against the Red Wings. Since making his season debut on January 11th, Malkin has been a point-per-game player, scoring 17 goals with 20 assists (37 points) in 37 games.
The Coyotes have recalled Bokondji Imama from Tucson (AHL).
With Jay Beagle (lower-body) and Nick Ritchie (upper-body) both hurt, Imama could make his NHL debut on Friday. The 6-foot-1, 221 lbs. winger has scored five goals with seven assists (12 points) and 178 PIMS in 54 games with Tucson this season.

Jones will be back in the Blackhawks lineup on Monday.
Jones has been a healthy scratch for the last two games but will replace Erik Gustafsson in the lineup on Monday. Jones has just one assist and a minus-5 rating in his last 11 games.

Graves (face) will not play on Saturday.
Graves took a skate to the face against the Avalanche on Thursday and will not be available for Saturday's game in Seattle. Look for Colton White to draw into the lineup to replace Graves.
Karlsson (undisclosed) is returning to San Jose to be evaluated.
It's unclear when Karlsson suffered an injury and what is ailing him but he will return to San Jose and will not play Saturday. Radim Simek and Alexander Barabanov are also out, leaving the Sharks with just 16 skaters in Dallas.
Rust (illness) is on the ice for warmups and is expected to play on Thussday.

Jones played 14:44 TOI and was a minus-2 in Tuesday's loss to the Kings. He'll be replaced by Calvin de Haan (lower-body) in the lineup on Thursday.
Rust (illness) will be a game-time decision on Thursday.
Rust left Tuesday's game after just a few shifts due to an illness and was not on the ice for the Penguins' morning skate. He has not been ruled out for Thursday's rematch vs. the Islanders but is a game-time decision.

Jones did not play Sunday vs. the Stars but will replace Erik Gustafsson in the lineup on Tuesday. Jones has tallied four goals with nine assists (13 points) in 46 games this season.

Malkin is not eligible to play again until April 23rd in Detroit. Look for Jeff Carter to move up to centre the second line in Malkin's absence.

After a one-game absence, it looks like Crosby will draw back into the Penguins lineup on Saturday. He should be reunited with Jake Guentzel and Bryan Rust on the top line.

Dumba suffered an upper-body injury in Nashville on Tuesday and will not be available on Friday. Head coach Dean Evason said that Dumba's prognosis was “more positive than we anticipated,” so it doesn't look like he'll be sidelined for an extended period of time. Look for Jordie Benn to draw into the lineup in Dumba's place on Friday.
Girard (lower-body) has been cleared to play on Friday.
Girard has been out since March 8th but is set to return to the lineup on Friday. With Girard back, the Avalanche blueline will likely look exactly how they are expecting heading into the playoffs. Girard has scored five goals with 22 assists (27 points) in 56 games this season.
Crosby (illness) is not on the ice for warmups.
The Penguins have recalled Filip Hallander from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL).
Hallander has 10 goals with 13 assists (23 points) in 52 AHL games this season. This is Hallander's first season in North America after spending the last three in the SHL.
Chinakhov (upper-body) will not play Monday vs. the Bruins.
Chinakhov suffered an upper-body injury in Saturday's game in Boston and will not play in the rematch on Monday. Carson Meyer will make his NHL debut to replace Chinakhov.
