MacArthur was listed as a game-time decision, but is not on the ice for warmups so he will not play tonight vs. the Kings. Colin Greening will take his spot on the top-line.

MacArthur is listed as doubtful for tonight’s game, but the Senators are considering him a game-time decision in case he starts to come around this afternoon.

Reimer allowed six goals on 25 shots in relief in the Maple Leafs 9-2 loss to the Predators on November 18th. Jonathan Bernier has started the last nine games, but Reimer will snap that streak tonight in Detroit. He allowed four goals on 35 shots in a 4-1 loss to the Red Wings the last time he faced them.

Eller has missed the last two games and will miss at least the next two games, maybe more. Sven Andrighetto will stay with the Canadiens while Eller is sidelined.

Eller suffered and upper-body injury in the first period of the Canadiens loss to the Blackhawks last night. He will be replaced by Sven Andrighetto, who will make his NHL debut after being recalled last night.

Giroux was originally ruled out for the next two games, but called GM Ron Hextall before the game tonight and said he felt “fine”. The Flyers got Giroux to the arena and he will be in the lineup tonight on a line with Brayden Schenn and Jakub Voracek. Giroux has 21 points (5G / 16A) in 16 games this season.

Giroux reportedly walked into the arena with a walking boot. This comes a day after the Flyers said that Giroux was “fine” and then announced that he would miss the next two games. So Giroux will take part in warmups and should be considered a game-time decision.

Giroux suffered the injury in practice on Monday and will he will miss tomorrow’s game vs. the Rangers. Giroux’s injury did not sound serious, according to GM Ron Hextall he could also miss Thursday’s game, but should be back for Saturday vs. the Wild.

MacArthur now has 13 points in 17 games this season.

Bernier gets the tougher start vs. Pitt so Reimer has a great opportunity to nab a win vs. the Sabres.

Reimer stopped 30 of 33 shots in the Maple Leafs 3-2 loss to the Coyotes on Tuesday. With Jonathan Bernier starting last night, it will be Reimer on Sunday against a Senators team who he is 9-2-1 against in his career. Reimer should be a great Sunday start given his history of success vs. Ottawa.

Reimer stopped 45 of 47 shots in the Maple Leafs 3-2 win over the Blackhawks on Saturday. It was his first win since October 14th and he now sits at 3-1-0 with a 2.47 GAA and .929 SV% this season. He draws a good matchup vs. a struggling Arizona squad.

Reimer stopped all eight shots that he faced after relieving Jonathan Bernier last Saturday. Tonight will be his first start since October 17 vs. the Red Wings. He has two wins with a 2.63 GAA and .914 SV% so far this year, but has a rough matchup vs. Chicago tonight.

Head coach Randy Carlyle will stick with the hot-hand and give Reimer another start tonight in Colorado. The Avalanche are 1-2 and have struggled to score goals early on this year.
