Bobrovsky has gone 2-2-1 while allowing a combined 12 goals on 132 shots (.909 SV%) in his last five start. Tonight he faces the Capitals for the fourth time this season—he is 0-3-0 with a 3.73 GAA and .831 SV% in the first three meetings.

Bobrovsky stopped 18 of 20 shots in a losing effort against the Flyers on Thursday. Bobrovsky has won just three out of his last six starts despite a .927 SV% in that span. He draws a stronger matchup tonight against the Blackhawks.

Domingue’s last start was a 5-3 loss to the Sabres on February 13th in which he gave up four goals on 32 shots. Domingue has failed to adequately replace Andrei Vasilevskiy when called upon, with a 2-8 record and .877 SV% on the season. Nevertheless he draws a great matchup tonight against the Senators.

Bobrovsky turned away 30 of the 31 shots he faced in a 2-1 victory over the Devils on Tuesday. It was a nice bounce-back performance for Bobrovsky after being lit up for five goals against the Penguins on Sunday. He draws a so-so matchup on the road tonight in Philadelphia.

Bobrovsky was beat five times on just 23 shots in Sunday’s 5-2 loss to the Penguins. It was the sixth time this season that Bobrovsky had given up five or more goals in a start. He’ll look to get back on track tonight against a mediocre Devils team.


Bobrovsky was great against the Islanders on Tuesday, stopping 29 of 30 shots en route to a 4-1 victory. That makes back-to-back strong performances for Bobrovsky, who was fresh off a 34-save effort in the Jackets’ 6-1 win over the Devils. He’s poised to keep it going in a favourable matchup tonight against the Flyers.

Nosek has been out since January 16th, but was back on the ice on Monday afternoon and is nearing a return to the lineup. Nosek has registered three goals and five assists (eight points) in 41 games this season.
