That said, Gibson has been much better lately, saving 47 of 50 shots (.940 SV%) in his last two games (2-0-0), and will return to the crease on Wednesday against the Buffalo Sabres. Bryson was hurt early in the first period of Saturday's game vs. the Panthers. He took an awkward fall into the boards after being hit by Jonah Gadjovich. Zach Metsa is the only reserve defenseman on the Sabres' roster right now, so he could be in line to make his NHL debut on Monday.
