Mintyukov (lower body) was not on the ice for the morning skate Friday after missing Tuesday's game late.

Mintyukov has not played the last two games for the Ducks and could be at risk of missing a third after not participating in practice on Friday. The 20-year-old Mintyukov has 28 points (4G / 24A), 88 shots, and 84 hits in 63 games this season.

McTavish (lower body) left Tuesday's game early due to injury and did not return.

McTavish scored a goal before exiting Tuesday's 5-3 win over the Calgary Flames with only 6:32 of ice time due to a lower-body injury. McTavish has goals in back-to-back games after being held without a point for 10 straight.

Mrazek will start Tuesday against the Islanders.

Mrazek will make his fourth start in five games Tuesday vs. New York after taking a seat for the Blackhawks' previous win on Saturday in Philadelphia. The 32-year-old has played rather admirably despite the team in front of him, with his 17-27-4 record, 3.05 GAA and .906 SV%. He will host the New York Islanders Tuesday, who have dropped eight of their last 11 games and are 21st in the NHL in goals per game (2.96).

Dostal will start Tuesday in Calgary.

The Ducks have favoured Dostal between the pipes lately and will turn to him for the third time in the last four games as they attempt to snap their five-game losing skid. Considering the Ducks' recent offensive woes, Dostal has performed reasonably for the Ducks lately, posting a .907 SV% in his last six outings (1-4-1). That said, the Ducks enter action on Tuesday as sizeable +205 road underdogs against the Calgary Flames.

Anaheim has signed Nico Myatovic to a three-year, entry-level contract.

Myatovic was drafted by Anaheim in the 2023 second round (33rd overall) and has signed a three-year, entry-level contract on Friday and will join San Diego (AHL) for the remainder of the season. The 19-year-old left-winger just completed his fourth junior season with the Seattle Thunderbirds (AHL) and had nine goals, 30 points and 20 PIMs in 34 games played.

Dostal will be back between the pipes for the Ducks on Thursday after John Gibson got the nod in Tuesday's 4-0 loss to the Kraken. Dostal's last appearance came against the Lightning on Sunday. He allowed three goals on 27 shots in the overtime loss. The 23-year-old netminder has posted a respectable .901 SV% across 36 appearances for a struggling Ducks team this season. He draws yet another tough matchup on Thursday as Anaheim finds themselves as +195 underdogs in Seattle.

The Blackhawks are riding a rare two-game winning streak and will have Mrazek in the crease for the third straight game.
