Prosvetov did not see any NHL playing time during his call-up and the demotion clears the way for Antti Raanta to return on Saturday. The 20-year-old former fourth-round pick has gone 11-3-0 with a 2.38 GAA and .931 SV% in 15 AHL games this season.

Vladar served as Jaroslav Halak's backup last night but swaps spots with Maxime Lagace and heads back to the AHL.

Lagace replaced Dan Vladar as the Bruins No.2 and comes up after going 14-6-2 with a 2.49 GAA and .915 SV% in 23 AHL games. He has gone 6-8-1 with a 3.92 GAA and .868 SV% in 17 career NHL games (all with Vegas).

Tinordi played last night his reassignment suggests that Matt Irwin will draw into the lineup on Saturday and could indicate that Ryan Ellis (concussion) isn't far from a return. He has five assists in 28 AHL games this season.

Carrier played in two games during his call-up but heads back to the AHL now that Dante Fabbro is back in the lineup. Carrier has four goals and 21 assists (25 points) in 34 AHL games this season.

Trenin has appeared in seven straight games, picking up one goal and three assists but heads back to the AHL, where he has 26 points (14G / 12A) in 20 games this season. Austin Watson will likely replace him on Saturday.

With Carl Dahlstrom out long-term, Schilling comes up to be the extra defenseman on Friday. Schilling has appeared in 10 career NHL games and has five goals and 14 assists (19 points) in 40 AHL games this season.


Lundestrom has appeared in 12 straight games with the Ducks but was sent back to the AHL to make room for the potential returns of Derek Grant and/or Nick Ritchie.

Comtois has played in the last three games, scoring a goal and one assist in his last two games, but has been sent to the AHL with Jakob Silfverberg listed as a game-time decision on Thursday. Comtois has six assists in eight AHL games this year.

Stewart was placed on waivers yesterday but played 5:32 TOI in St. Louis. After clearing waivers he's been sent to Lehigh Valley in order to make room for Joel Farabee to be recalled.

Farabee had to be sent down yesterday to make way for Alex Lyon to backup Brian Elliott. With Chris Stewart clearing waivers and being assigned to the Phantoms, Farabee comes back up and is expected to play vs. the Canadiens.

Kuhlman appeared in eight games earlier in the season but landed on IR with a hairline nondisplaced fracture of the right tibia before being assigned to Providence right before New Year's. The 24-year-old scored two goals with one assist in four games with Providence and returns to the Bruins after Brett Ritchie was waived.

Vladar was a third-round pick (No.75 overall) in 2015 who has gone 6-5-0 with a 1.84 GAA and .935 SV%. Vladar comes up to serve as Jaroslav Halak's backup while Tuukka Rask is on IR with an upper-body injury.

Kivlenieks served as Elvis Merzlikins' backup and did not appear in a game during his call-up. He swaps spots with Veini Vehvilainen and heads back to the AHL where he has gone 7-6-2 with a 3.04 GAA and .894 SV% in 15 games.

Vehvilainen is in his first year in North America, going 8-10-1 with a 2.22 GAA and .918 SV% in 19 games. Matiss Kivlenieks didn't appear in a game during his call-up, so expect Vehvilainen to serve as Elvis Merzlikins backup as well.

Carlsson has been a healthy scratch for the last five games and gets sent back to the AHL to make room for Andrew Peeke to be activated from IR. The 23-year-old blueliner has nine points (1G / 8A) in 28 AHL games.

Peeke has missed the last 13 games with a broken finger but is set to return to the lineup on Thursday. The 21-year-old defenseman had one assist in his first seven NHL games while averaging 1.7 hits and 1.3 blocks per game. To make room for him, the Blue Jackets have reassigned Gabriel Carlsson to Cleveland (AHL).
