Dubois has only played six games this season and has been sidelined since October 31st after undergoing surgery to address abdominal and adductor muscle injuries. The 27-year-old Dubois was struggling to start the season, scoring zero points. That said, he had a resurgent 2024-25 season, with 66 points (20G / 46A) in 82 games.

Zadorov was limited to only 16:35 time-on-ice in his previous game and his status is uncertain on Monday against the New York Rangers because of an ankle injury. The 30-year-old hard-hitting defenseman has 17 points (1G / 16A), 76 blocks, and 130 hits in 52 games this season.

Korpisalo has been excellent for the Bruins lately, and as such, he will return to the crease on Monday for his fifth start in their last 10 games. The 31-year-old Finnish started the season off poorly, but has significantly turned things around, posting a 2.12 GAA and .919 SV% in his last nine games (6-3-0). The Bruins enter Monday's contest as -118 road favorites against a reeling New York Rangers team that has lost eight of their last nine (1-7-1), including a 10-2 blowout loss to the Bruins.

Nylander has been sidelined for nearly two weeks because of a lower-body injury, but appears to be nearing a return to the lineup. The 29-year-old Nylander has already missed 15 games this season, but has been exceptionally productive when healthy, scoring 48 points (17G / 31A) in 37 games this season.

Connors was a fourth-round pick in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft and has yet to make his NHL debut. The 22-year-old forward is in his first professional season, tallying 24 points (9G / 15A) in 41 games with the Ontario Reign (AHL).

With trade rumors looming, the Rangers will hold Soucy out of the lineup on Monday for precautionary reasons. The 31-year-old defenseman is averaging 17:13 time-on-ice and has eight points (3G / 5A) in 46 games this season.

Edmundson did not practice on Monday and it is unclear if he will be ready to play when the Kings return to action tomorrow against the Detroit Red Wings. The 32-year-old Edmundson has 16 points (2G / 14A) in 50 games this season.

Kapanen returned from a nearly three-month absence due to an injury at the beginning of January, and quickly returned to the sidelines, but will re-enter the lineup after an eight-day absence. The 29-year-old Kapanen has nine points (3G / 6A) in 14 games this season.

With Lawson Crouse (illness) drawing back into the lineup, O'Brien will be the odd man out as a healthy scratch. The 31-year-old O'Brien has three points (2G / 1A) and 75 hits in 28 games this season.

Cooley has not played since suffering a lower-body injury on December 5th, but return to practice in a non-contact jersey on Monday. He was originally deemed unlikely to return prior to the Olympic break in February, which likely still holds true. The 21-year-old Cooley has a solid 23 points (14G / 9A) in 29 games this season, but has benefitted from a few big-game performances, resulting in him being held without a point in 15 games.

Norris has been sidelined for nearly two weeks and it is unclear if he will return before the Olympic Break. Injuries have been a concern for Norris in recent seasons, but he remains productive when healthy. He has 17 points (6G / 11A) in 19 games this season, but has been sidelined for the 32 due to injuries.

Teravainen has not played in two weeks because of an upper-body injury, but could return to the lineup on Tuesday against the Minnesota Wild. The 31-year-old Finnish forward has 21 points (9G / 12A) in 45 games this season, but has struggled lately, scoring just four points (3G / 1A) in his last 20 games.



Sam Montembeault started two straight for the Canadiens, losing both and allowing seven combined goals, so the team will turn to Dobes on Tuesday against the Vegas Golden Knights. The 24-year-old Dobes hasn't fared much better at keeping the puck out of his net, but he has managed to string together wins in five of his last six outings (5-0-1) while posting a 2.74 GAA and .887 SV%.

Gibson has been outstanding in recent weeks, helping the Red Wings compete for first place in the Eastern Conference, and he will return to the crease on Tuesday against the Los Angeles Kings. Since the beginning of December, Gibson leads all goalies in wins (17), save percentage (.931 SV%), and is second in goals against average (2.00 GAA).


Edvinsson has not played the previous two games for the Red Wings and will remain out through the Olympic Break, hopeful to return at the end of February. The 22-year-old Swedish defenseman has emerged as an effective top-pair defenseman for the Red Wings. He is averaging 22:35 time-on-ice and has 17 points (6G / 11A) in 48 games this season.
