Carlsson, 21, has picked up seven points (1G / 6A) in 18 games with Cleveland this season. The 2015 first-round pick (No.29 overall) has just three assists in 17 career NHL games.
Rempal has had a nice season in Ontario, leading the team with 20 points (8G / 12A) in 14 games but has no points in seven games with the Kings. Los Angeles claimed Brendan Leipsic off of waivers on Monday, taking Rempal’s spot on the roster.
Kyrou registered one assist in nine games with the Blues earlier this season before being sent to San Antonio. In 14 AHL games, the 20-year-old had 10 points (5G / 5A). He has been recalled because Robby Fabbri was placed on IR with an upper-body injury.
Strome, who was acquired from the Coyotes on Sunday night, will make his Blackhawks debut vs. the Golden Knights. Strome had just six points (3G / 3A) in 20 games before being traded. He will start on the fourth line and second power-play unit tonight.
Chychrun has missed the last two games with an upper-body injury but he will play in his second game of the season tonight. Chychrun was a minus-2 with three shots while playing 20:39 TOI in his season debut in Detroit.
Carlsson is expected to see some time as the Blue Jackets No.6 defenseman at some point this season. Carlsson has picked up one goal and five assists (six points) in 12 games with Cleveland this season.
Chychrun made his season debut on Tuesday but is already out of the lineup with a new injury. Chychrun is day-to-day with an upper-body injury, making him questionable for Saturday’s game vs. the Bruins as well.
Wilson had his suspension reduced to 14 games this morning, so he’ll make his season debut in Minnesota. Wilson, who is coming off of a career-year, skated with Evgeny Kuznetsov and Alex Ovechkin in the morning skate.
Chychrun missed the first 16 games of the season, but will play Tuesday in Detroit. The 20-year-old defenseman had a solid rookie season, picking up 14 points (4G / 10A) in 50 games.
Wilson has already missed the first 16 games of the season, so he is eligible to return tonight in Minnesota. Wilson had a career-high 14 goals, 21 assists and 35 points in 78 games last season.
Holl has been a healthy scratch for all 12 of the Maple Leafs games so far this season, but will play in his third career NHL game tonight. The 26-year-old defenseman had 28 points (7G / 21A) with the Marlies last season and scored a goal in both games he played with the Maple Leafs. Don’t expect him to score in every game, but Holl does have some offensive upside and could be worth a punt in DFS if you are desperate to save some salary.
Strome was a healthy scratch on Saturday, but will play tonight vs. the Lightning. There is no word on who Strome will replace, but he returns to the lineup with two goals on 19 shots (10.5 SH%) in nine games this season.
Rempal failed to record a point in three games with the Kings, so he returns to Ontario, where he leads the team in points with eight (4G / 4A) in four games. His return to the AHL opens the door for Dustin Brown to be activated from IR for Sunday’s game.
NHL commissioner Gary Bettman upheld the 20-game suspension was assessed to Tom Wilson by the Department of Player Safety for an illegal check to the head of St. Louis Blues forward Oskar Sundqvist during the NHL preseason. Wilson is not eligible to play until November 21st.
Rempal, 23, had eight points (4G / 4A) in four games with Ontario (AHL) before getting called up, but has failed to record a point in three games with the Kings. Austin Wagner is expected to replace Rempal in the lineup on Thursday.
Beauvillier missed one game with an illness, but is expected to replace Tom Kuhnhackl in the lineup on Wednesday. Beauvillier is expected to start on a line with Valtteri Filppula and Leo Komarov, but head coach Barry Trot expected him to play with “a little bit of everybody.”
Tuch has missed the first eight games of the season with a lower-body injury, but is expected to play vs. the Canucks on Wednesday. Tuch will skate on the second line with Erik Haula and Max Pacioretty. The 22-year-old will look to build off of a 37-point (15G / 22A) rookie campaign, where he also added 10 points (6G / 4A) in 20 playoff games.
Beauvillier missed the Islanders morning skate and will be replaced by Tom Kuhnhackl in the Islanders lineup on Saturday. Beauvillier is considered day-to-day.
