The Lightning suspended Jonathan Drouin indefinitely for failure to report to Wednesday's AHL game.

Drouin did not show up for Syracuse’s game on Wednesday and the Lightning have suspended the 20-year-old indefinitely. The Lightning will continue to try and trade Drouin for a fair price, so it looks like he has played his last game with Tampa or Syracuse.

The Blues have recalled Jordan Binnington from Chicago (AHL).

Binnington, 22, has gone 8-6-2 with a 2.57 GAA and .910 SV% with Chicago (AHL) this season. With Jake Allen (undisclosed) not available for Saturday, the Blues have recalled Binnington to serve as Brian Elliott’s backup on Saturday. If Allen’s injury is longterm, Binnington could make his NHL debut next week.

Fowler is out indefinitely with a sprained knee.

Fowler left Sunday’s game with a lower-body injury, that the Ducks revealed is a sprained knee. They have not released a timetable for his return, but he will likely miss the remaining three games of the Ducks’ road trip. With Fowler out, the Ducks have recalled Shea Theodore, who could make his NHL debut on Tuesday.

Fowler (lower-body) left Sunday's game and did not return.

Fowler left Sunday’s game after playing just 3:36 TOI and he did not return. There was no word on the nature or severity of his lower-body injury, but he should be considered questionable for Tuesday’s game. Fowler has an assist in each of his last two games, but has just 12 points (3G /9A) in 34 games this season.
