Price has missed the last five games with a lower-body injury and on Monday he was sent to New York to undergo further evaluation. The Canadiens are expected to release a full update on Price’s status on Tuesday.

Goodrow has produced just three assists in 12 games with the Sharks this season, so he has been sent back to the AHL. The Sharks did not announce a corresponding call-up.

Price surrendered five goals on 28 shots in the Canadiens 5-1 loss to the Canucks on Tuesday. It was Price’s first loss of the season, snapping an impressive seven-game winning streak. Price comes into play on Thursday with a 7-1-0 record, 1.75 GAA and .945 SV%. He remains a must-start tonight vs. the Oilers.

Price made 49 saves on 52 shots in the Canadiens win over the Maple Leafs on Saturday. It was not a great performance from the Habs, but to no one’s surprise, Price was excellent once again. Price has started the season at 7-0-0 with a 1.29 GAA and .961 SV%. He has been sensational and he will look to lead Montreal to a 10-0-0 start.

Nurse has registered one assist in six games with Bakersfield this season and has been recalled after the Oilers placed Griffin Reinhart (undisclosed) on IR. Nurse could make his season debut on Tuesday vs. the Wild.

Price stopped all 38 shots that he faced in the Canadiens shutout win over the Blues on Tuesday. It was Price’s sixth straight win and second shutout of the season. If there were any questions whether or not he could duplicate last season’s performance, he has answered them in the first six games of the season—Price is a must-start in all formats.

Wennberg has missed the last five games with a concussion, but it appears he will return to the lineup tonight vs. the Islanders. Wennberg will centre the Blue Jackets’ second line between Brandon Saad and Scott Hartnell. The former 1st round pick has offensive upside and his new line mates could bring it out of him.

Price made 21 saves on 22 shots in the Canadiens 4-1 win over the Red Wings on Saturday. Price has started the season 5-0-0 with a 1.20 GAA and .957 SV% and his defence of his Vezina Trophy has started off fabulously. On Tuesday he will take on a Blues team who is third in the NHL in scoring with 3.50 goals per game.

Wennberg has been out since the season opener, but his return to practice on Monday is a good sign that he’ll be back in the lineup shortly. Wennberg was centring a line with Brandon Saad and Scott Hartnell, which could be a strong offensive line when Wennberg is cleared to play.

Price stopped all 25 shots that he faced in the Canadiens shutout win over the Rangers on Thursday. Price has won all four of his starts while posting a 1.25 GAA, .957 SV% and one shutout. Tonight he will face a Red Wings team who is averaging the fourth most goals in the NHL (3.50 G/PG).

Price stopped 31 of 33 shots in the Canadiens win over the Penguins on Tuesday. Price, to no one’s surprise has started the season 3-0 with a 1.67 GAA and .945 SV%…not a bad start in his attempt to win back-to-back Vezina Trophies. Price will be locked in an epic goalie battle tonight as he goes head-to-head with Henrik Lundqvist.

Price allowed two goals on 21 shots in the Canadiens win over the Bruins on Saturday. Price was given Sunday night off, but will be back between the pipes tonight vs. the Penguins. Price stopped 36 of 37 shots that he faced in the Canadiens’ win over the Maple Leafs in their season opener. Price picked up where he left off in 2014-15 and will look to move to 2-0 tonight in Boston. Price dominated the Bruins last season, going 4-0-0 with a 1.50 GAA, .950 SV% and one shutout.

Price ran away with the Vezina Trophy last season and he has a good chance to get 2015-16 started on the right foot as he draws a great matchup vs. the Maple Leafs. Price dominated Toronto last season, going 4-0-0 with a 1.69 GAA and .935 SV%…and this Maple Leafs team is expected to be even worse.

Nurse, 20, had a nice preseason and some thought that he would at least get another preseason game, but he has been sent to the minors where he will wait for his next shot. The AHL has developed Anton Lander and Oscar Klefbom into great players, so the Oilers appear to be content to be patient with the former seventh overall pick. There’s a very strong chance Nurse gets recalled at some point during the season.
