Leddy will be a game-time decision on Friday.

Leddy missed Thursday’s practice but was back on the ice for Friday’s morning skate and will be a game-time decision. Price will start Saturday in Toronto.

Price was peppered in the Canadiens season opener, stopping 40 of the 43 shots he faced in their 4-3 shootout loss. He’ll be a solid spot-start option throughout the 2019-20 season, but his first matchup is difficult. The Devils revamped their offence this offseason and present a tough challenge for a weak Jets bluelline.
