With Skinner out, the Canes only skates 11 forwards this morning. Ruutu found himself on the second line and the 4th line was missing a skater. Will update as we learn more. They could go with 7 D or play Bergeron on forward, although he did practice as a D-man.

Could be troublesome for Skinner who has a history of concussions already in his short NHL career.

Price should have an opportunity to rebound from a poor starts Saturday vs. Toronto against the Flyers. Start with confidence.

Price allowed three goals on 27 shots in a 3-2 loss to the Capitals on Tuesday. He will face the Maple Leafs for the fourth time this season. In the three previous meetings he is 1-2-0 with a 3.36 GAA and .870 SV%.

Price in net after his strong game vs. Boston on Sunday. Price held Washington to 1 goal their last time out on Jan 24; however, Washington is playing like a different team, now.

After starting 10 straight games, Price was given the night off on Thursday. He will be back between the pipes tonight at home vs. the Bruins. Price is 0-1-0 with a 3.63 GAA and .878 SV% in two starts vs. Boston this season.

Brossoit was 37-8-7 as a member of the Edmonton Oil Kings in the WHL.

Price has won two games in a row while allowing just one goal on 53 shots (.981 SV%) in those two contests. He will face the Flyers in Philadelphia tonight. Price is 9-2-1 with a 2.03 GAA and .926 SV% on the road this season.

Orlov who just returned to the Capitals lineup, posted one assist with a plus-5 in five games.

Price posted a 34-save shutout on Saturday vs. the Rangers. He finished March at 6-3-2 with a 2.81 GAA, .903 SV% and one shutout. He has a fairly tough matchup tonight vs. the Hurricanes.

Price had a 17 save shutout against the Rangers Feb. 23.

Price allowed one goal on 25 shots against the Penguins last night. He played very well and had no chance on a great shot by Crosby on the only goal. Unfortunately for Price the Canadiens couldn't beat Fleury in the first two periods or Vokoun in the third. Price will go again tonight with another tough matchup. Should be a great goalie battle between Rask and Price.

Price allowed just two goals on 18 shots but it was enough for him to be on the hook for the loss. He has the tough duty of trying to stop the Penguins winning streak tonight. He is 0-0-1 with a 6.90 GAA and .806 SV% in his only start vs. the Penguins this season.

Price allowed two goals on 27 shots in a dominant 5-2 win over the Islanders. The win pushed his record to 5-1-2 in March despite posting a 3.20 GAA and .891 SV%. He gets the nod tonight vs. Buffalo who he is 1-0-1 against this season, he should be a great start.

Price allowed three goals on 18 shots vs. Buffalo. It was an unlikely loss as the Habs are second in the East and Buffalo is 13th. He gets the start tomorrow vs. a weak Islanders team. Price should make for a good start.

Price has won four straight starts entering play tonight. In those four starts he had a 2.75 GAA and .931 SV%. He has a good matchup tonight vs. a weak Sabres team.
