Skinner has missed seven games with an upper-body injury and will be out until late November.

Price gave up three goals on 23 shots in a loss to the Senators on Thursday. It was his third straight loss - Price has given up nine goals in that span. He has a solid matchup vs. an up-and-down Islanders team and their back-up goalie.

Skinner will miss his sixth straight game tonight and if he misses two weeks, he will miss Carolina's next seven games as well.

Price gave up two goals on 32 shots in a loss to the Blues on Tuesday. He has a decent matchup against the Senators on Thursday.

Skinner has been out since October 24th, but was expected to potentially return this week. He was not on the ice with the Hurricanes this morning, hopefully the second opinion does not reveal a serious injury for Skinner. He had three goals and six assists (nine points) in his first 10 games.

Price stopped 21 of 25 shots in a loss to the WIld on Friday. It was only the second time this season Price has given up more than three goals in a start. He's currently sitting at 6-6-0 with a 2.19 GAA and .932 SV% through 12 starts. Price has a tough matchup tomorrow vs. St. Louis.

Orlov, 22, registered two points (one goal, one assist) against the Norfolk Admirals (AHL) last night. He leads the Bears with eight points (two goals, six assists) this season. Orlov tallied an AHL career-high four points (one goal, three assists) on Oct. 19 in the Bears’ 4-0 win over the St. John’s IceCaps.

Orlov has not appear in a game with the Capitals but has earned six points (one goal, five assists) in six games with Hershey this season.

Toffoli was close to making the Kings out of pre-season, but was sent to Manchester (AHL). He has seven goals and five assists (12 points) in 10 games. He could see top-6 minutes with Jeff Carter on injured reserve.

Price allowed more than three goals on Tuesday for the first time since the season opener. He allowed four goals on 32 shots, which also ended his streak of 30-plus saves a .900+ SV% at four. He will look to bounce back tomorrow at home vs. the Ducks.
