Price will start vs. the Blackhawks.

Price stopped 33 of 35 shots, but it wasn’t enough as the Habs dropped Wendesday’s game vs. Minnesota 2-1. Tonight he will get the start in Chicago which likely leave Dustin Tokarski for Saturday in Dallas. Price has posted a 1.62 GAA and .948 SV% in his last five games—resulting in three wins.

Price allowed three goals on 29 shots in the Habs win over the Avalanche on Monday. He has won three of his last four starts while allowing just six goals on 119 shots (.950 SV%). He draws a so-so matchup tonight, but Price is a must-start whenever he gets the call.

Price surrendered two goals on 25 shots in a loss to the Sabres on Friday. He was given Saturday night off, but gets back between the pipes tonight vs. the Avalanche. He has been great this season, going 13-5-1 in his first 19 starts. He stopped 32 shots in a 3-2 win in his first start vs. Colorado.

Klingberg will skate on the Stars’ top-pair and top power-play unit.

After acquiring Jason Demers from the Sharks, the Stars have moved Klingberg up to the top-pair with Alex Goligoski. He will also man the point on the top PP unit. His NHL career has been off to a hot start, posting one goal and four assists in his first six games. He makes for a great add in standard leagues.

Price starts Saturday vs. the Bruins.

Price stopped 31 of 32 shots in the Habs’ 4-1 win over the Blues on Thursday. It was a great win over a really good team and tonight they have another huge game vs. their rivals in Boston. Price is 2-0-0 vs. the Bruins and has won five of his last six starts with a 1.67 GAA and .939 SV%.

Klingberg scored his first NHL goal on Thursday.

Klingberg now has one goal and three assists in the first six games of his NHL career. He is playing nearly 24 minutes a night, including an average 1:37 on the power-play. He is a dynamic offensive defenseman, which allowed the Stars to trade Sergei Gonchar. He is worth a speculative add in standard leagues.

Price allowed four goals on 22 shots in a 4-0 loss to the Penguins on Tuesday. The loss snapped a four-game winning streak for Price, who sits at 11-4-1 on the year. He draws another brutal matchup tonight with the Blues in town, but he has posted a strong 8-3-0 record with a 2.45 GAA and .917 SV% at home this season.

Price stopped 26 of 29 shots in the Habs’ win over Philadelphia on Saturday. He was given Sunday night off, so he will be back between the pipes tonight vs. the Penguins. Matchups don’t get any tougher, but Price has won four in a row while allowing just five goals on 111 shots (.955 SV%).

Price allowed a single goal on 31 shots in the Habs’ 4-1 win over the Wild on Saturday. The win snapped a three game losing streak for Price, who will be back between the pipes tonight vs. the visiting Jets. Price has gone 5-2-0 with a 2.71 GAA and .915 SV% at the Bell Centre this season.

The Stars recalled John Klingberg from Texas (AHL) on Sunday.

Klingberg, 22, has scored four goals with eight assists (12 points) in 10 games with Texas this season. He as the Stars fifth round selection (131st overall) in 2010, but has yet to make an NHL appearance. This is his first full year in North America, he had 28 points (11G / 17A) in 50 games with Frolunda HC in Sweden last year.

Price allowed five goals on 32 shots in a 5-0 loss to the Blackhawks on Tuesday. He has lost three in a row, while allowing 13 goals on (.866 SV%). It has been an ugly stretch of games for Price and it won’t be easy to get back on track with the Wild in town—Minnesota is eighth in the NHL in scoring with 2.92 goals per game.

After a five-game winning streak, Price has lost his last two starts and sits with a 2.73 GAA and .913 SV% in 10 starts this season. Tonight, he will take on the Hawks at the Bell Centre, where he is 4-1-0 this season.

Tonight, he takes on the Canucks who rank sixth in scoring (3.33 G/PG) but Price is a must-start in all formats.
