Desharnais has appeared in 53 games for San Jose this season but will be one of four odd men out for Game 82 after it was announced he is a healthy scratch vs. Winnipeg. The 29-year-old closes out his first full season in San Jose, picking up a goal, seven points and 68 PIMs in 53 games played.

The Sharks' late-season push for a playoff spot came to an end earlier this week, but they will play for pride on Thursday, turning to Nedeljkovic to tend the twine in their final game of the season. The 30-year-old Nedeljkovic was excellent in his previous outing, saving 26 of 28 shots (.929 SV%) in a 3-2 win over the Nashville Predators. He posted a solid 2.40 GAA and .906 SV% in his last five games (4-1-0).
