Woll is in the starter's crease at the Maple Leafs morning skate.

The Maple Leafs have received supreme goaltending from both netminders lately and will likely turn to Woll on Thursday in the team's season finale against the Detroit Red Wings. The 26-year-old Woll was excellent in his most recent outing, saving 25 of 26 shots (.962 SV%) in a 4-1 win over the Carolina Hurricanes. Woll has a superb 1.52 GAA and .952 SV% in three appearances this month (1-1-0). The Maples Leafs enter Thursday's contest as -132 home favorites against a Red Wings team riding a three-game winning streak.

Philadelphia has signed Devin Kaplan to an NHL Entry-Level contract.

Kaplan was a third-round pick, 69th overall, of the Philadelphia Flyers in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft. The 21-year-old forward spent the previous three seasons playing collegiate hockey for Boston University (H-East) and scored 18 points (10G / 8A) through 38 games in 2024-25.

Kolosov will start in New York on Wednesday.

The Flyers have won three of four (3-1-0) since Brad Shaw took over head coaching duties and they will turn to Kolosov between the pipes on Wednesday against the New York Rangers. Kolosov has not played an NHL game since allowing four goals on 26 shots (.846 SV%) in a 5-2 loss to the Vegas Golden Knights on January 2nd. The 23-year-old goalie has a 3.45 GAA and .870 SV% in 15 appearances this season (4-8-1). The Flyers enter Wednesday's contest as +171 road underdogs against the Rangers.

Philp is an undrafted forward that made his NHL debut earlier this season, scoring two points (0G / 2A) in 12 games with the Oilers. The 26-year-old Philp has 30 points (15G / 15A) in 52 games in his third season with the Bakersfield Condors (AHL).

The Panthers will be welcoming Aleksander Barkov (upper body) and Sam Reinhart (rest) back into their lineup.
