With Zach Bogosian activated from Injured Reserve, Minnesota has reassigned Jiricek to the Iowa Wild (AHL). The 21-year-old Jiricek scored zero points and recorded a -3 plus/minus in 12 games with Minnesota.

The Maple Leafs snapped a five-game losing skid in their most recent game and will turn to Woll to tend the twine on Thursday against the Columbus Blue Jackets. The 27-year-old Woll was solid in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime win over the St. Louis Blues, his first victory of the season, saving 27 of 29 shots (.931 SV%). The Maple Leafs enter Thursday's contest as slight -101 home underdogs against a Blue Jackets team that has earned points in five of its last six games (3-1-2).

Nicolas Deslauriers will draw back into Philadelphia's lineup on Thursday against the St. Louis Blues, sending Grebenkin to the sidelines as a healthy scratch. The 22-year-old Grebenkin, in his first season with the Flyers, has three points (1G / 2A) and 20 hits in 12 games.

Yegor Chinakhov will draw back into the Islanders lineup on Thursday, sending Aston-Reese to the sidelines as a healthy scratch against his former team, the Toronto Maple Leafs. The 31-year-old Aston-Reese is averaging 10:20 time-on-ice, recording three assists and 34 hits in 13 games this season.

The Flyers are coming off a 5-1 loss to the Dallas Stars, in which Vladar allowed five goals on 28 shots (.821 SV%), but he will return to the crease on Thursday against the St. Louis Blues. The 28-year-old Vladar has remained the preferred option between the pipes for the Flyers, but has fallen off after a tremendous start to the 2025-26 season. After posting a sensational 1.70 GAA and .939 SV% in his first six games (4-2-0), Vladar has settled into a 3.20 GAA and .869 SV% in five games since (2-2-1). The Flyers enter Thursday's contest as -123 home favorites against a Blues team that has lost four of its last five games (1-3-1).

The Oilers scored only once in a 5-1 loss to the Buffalo Sabres on Monday, and hope to spark some offence with David Tomasek replacing an injured Noah Philp in the lineup on Wednesday against the Washington Capitals. The 27-year-old Philp has three points (2G / 1A) and a -7 plus/minus in 15 games this season.

The Maple Leafs have lost five straight (0-4-1) and fallen to 8-9-2 on the season, hoping to return to the win column with Woll tending the twine on Tuesday against the St. Louis Blues. The 27-year-old Woll made his season debut over the weekend, saving 29 of 32 shots (.906 SV%) in a 3-2 loss to the Chicago Blackhawks. With inconsistencies in Toronto's crease this season, Woll has an opportunity to establish himself as their go-to option between the pipes.

Woll did not overly impress during a two-game conditioning stint with the Marlies, going 0-1-1 while posting a 3.72 GAA and .885 SV%, but will return to the lineup for the Maple Leafs. The 27-year-old Woll started in exactly half of Toronto's games last season, posting a 2.73 GAA and .909 SV%, and could be poised for similar or greater deployment if he can find his footing while Anthony Stolarz is injured.

With Tyson Foerster (lower body) activated from Injured Reserve, the Flyers have assigned Grundstrom back to the AHL. The 27-year-old Grundstrom only appeared in one game for the Flyers. He has six points (3G / 3A) in 11 games with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms (AHL).

Foerster was drafted 23rd overall by the Flyers in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft and has shown strides towards becoming a reliable offensive producer at the NHL level. After scoring a career-high 43 points (25G / 18A) in 81 games last season, he was off to a strong start in 2025-26, with seven points (4G / 3A) in 11 games. He returned to practice on Tuesday and will likely return to his regular deployment in the Flyers' top-six on Wednesday against the Edmonton Oilers.

Grebenkin is averaging 9:20 time-on-ice and has three points (1G / 2A) in 11 games this season. Expect Nicolas Deslaurier as a likely candidate to replace Grebenkin in the lineup.
