

Haula has missed the last four games with a lower-body injury, but it looks like he will return to the lineup tonight vs. Colorado. Haula has picked up one goal, one assist and 15 shots on goal in four games.



McCarron, 22, was a first round pick (No.25 overall) in 2013 and has appeared in 51 career NHL games, recording just seven points (2G / 5A). The 6-foot-6, 230 lbs. forward has registered two goals and two assists in six games with the Laval Rocket so far this year. He comes up because Ales Hemsky is dealing with an upper-body injury.

Jost suffered a lower-body injury against the Blues on Friday and is expected to miss 2-3 weeks. Moving Jost to IR opened up a roster spot for the Avalanche to recalled Gabriel Bourque from San Antonio (AHL). Look for him to miss roughly 4-6 games.




Jost has recorded one goal and one assist in five games while averaging just 13:04 TOI/GM. However it looks like he might see more playing time on Thursday because he skated on the second line with Nathan MacKinnon and Mikko Rantanen during Wednesday’s practice.

The Predators were able to go 2-0-1 without Josi, so getting him back will make them that much better. He is still looking for his first point after being held pointless with seven shots and a minus-3 rating in his first two games.

Jost suffered a knee injury on Wednesday and will be held out the lineup tonight vs. the Ducks. Jost was not on the ice for the morning skate, so he’s listed as day-to-day for now. Matt Nieto will draw into the lineup to take Jost’s spot in the lineup.

Jost recorded a goal in 13:54 TOI on Wednesday but is reportedly dealing with a knee injury in advance of Friday’s game vs. the Ducks. Jost has been elevated to the third line in recent games and comes into Friday with one goal, one assist and seven shots in four games.

Josi stepped out onto the ice for the Predators morning skate, but took part on the fourth pairing and will be held out of the lineup for the second straight day. With Josi out, Samuel Girard will remain in the lineup. Josi said that he doesn’t expect his injury to keep him out for long.
