The Hurricanes were carrying three goalies since Frederik Andersen returned but have demoted Kochetkov to the AHL and will carry Andersen and Antti Raanta moving forward. Kochetkov started off great, going 10-1-4 with a .928 SV% and three shutouts in his first 15 games. However, he was 0-3-1 with a .861 SV% in his last four games. Before getting called up, Kochetkov was 2-2-1 with a .911 SV% in the AHL.

Carrier is considered day-to-day and will miss his second game of the season due to an upper-body injury. Look for Jonas Rondbjerg to replace Carrier in the Golden Knights' bottom-6.

Robinson was injured on January 3rd vs. Ottawa with an upper-body injury and will be placed on the injured reserve retroactively to that date. The 27-year-old has three goals, seven assists, 47 SOG and a -9 plus/minus through 34 games prior to the injury.

Andersen has not played since Nov. 6th due to a lower-body injury but will travel and potentially start Thursday depending on how the day's earlier practice goes. The 33-year-old will hope for some better fortunes after struggling prior to his injury, with a 5-3-0 record, 2.72 GAA and .891 SV%.

Kochetkov allowed four goals on 24 shots (.833 SV%) for only the second two-game losing streak of his career as he was downed by Nashville last start. The 23-year-old rookie netminder has put himself into Calder Trophy talks due to his 10-3-4 record, 2.20 GAA and .919 SV%. He will try to get back in the win column as he draws the tough task of the New Jersey Devils, who are third in the NHL in shots per game (34.9) and eighth in goals per game (3.4).

Jake Allen was announced day-to-day with an upper-body injury so Cayden Primeau has been recalled from the Laval Rockets (AHL) for the first time this season. The 23-year-old has struggled with Laval this season, with his 4-6-3 record, .890 SV% and 3.65 GAA but will back up Samuel Montembeault for Monday's game.

Ehlers has not played since Oct. 17th due to an abdomen injury but will be back in the Winnipeg Jets' lineup Friday vs. Tampa Bay. The 26-year-old was off to a great start with three assists, seven SOG and one PPP through the first two games before his injury took away 36 games from his season.
