Chabot left Sunday's game in Calgary with an undisclosed injury and did not return. Head coach DJ Smith did not have an update on Chabot post-game, so expect to hear something after Tuesday's morning skate.

Chabot has not played since Nov.12th due to a concussion but is back in the Senators' lineup Friday vs. Anaheim. Ottawa's top defenseman was having a solid start prior to the concussion, picking up three goals and three assists with 34 SOG in 14 games played.

Chabot fractured his hand in Wednesday's loss to the Blue Jackets and will miss the rest of the 2022 season. With Chabot out, Erik Brannstrom moved to the top pairing next to Artem Zub in Thursday's practice.

Chabot was forced to leave Wednesday's game in the second period after being checked into the end-boards. TSN's Darren Dreger is reporting that Chabot suffered a broken hand and will be out of the lineup for "a while."

Chabot is expected to play after completing the morning skate but is officially considered a "game-time decision." Expect Chabot to be back on the top pairing and top power-play unit vs. the Wild.

Chabot missed Thursday's game in Toronto and Saturday's practice but head coach DJ Smith did not rule him out vs. the Canadiens. If he misses another game, expect Erik Brannstrom and Mike Reilly to man the power-play units.
