Ottawa has signed Philippe Daoust to a one-year, two-way contract.
Daoust was a sixth-round pick of the Ottawa Senators in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft and has yet to play an NHL game. The 24-year-old forward had an excellent 2025-26 season in the AHL, scoring 50 points (14G / 36A) in 63 games with the Belleville Senators (AHL).
