Hart was 9-5-1 with a 3.05 GAA and .901 SV% in his first 17 professional games with Lehigh Valley (AHL) but was impressive in his last five games, going 4-1-0 with a 1.82 GAA and .939 SV%.
Hart is one of the top goaltending prospects in the NHL and his time has arrived earlier than expected. With Brian Elliott and Anthony Stolarz on IR, Michal Neuvirth and Alex Lyon playing terribly, Hart is going to get a chance. Hart has played better as of late but his AHL numbers aren’t great—9-5-1, 3.05 GAA and .901 SV%. Expect him to make his NHL debut vs. Detroit on Tuesday.
