Yelesin has scored one goal with three assists (four points) in 33 AHL games this season. With Mark Giordano on IR and Travis Hamonic getting hurt in Vancouver on Saturday, Yelesin has been recalled and could make his NHL debut on Monday.

Lauzon was suspended for two games but goes back to the AHL with Brandon Carlo back from a personal matter. The 22-year-old has 13 points (1G / 12A) in 45 AHL games this season.

Kuhlman played in nine straight games with the Bruins but heads back to the AHL with Danton Heinen returning to the lineup on Sunday. Kuhlman scored one goal with four assists (five points) in those nine games. The 24-year-old has five points (4G / 1A) in six AHL games this season.

Wilde was a second-round pick in 2018 (No.41 overall) and has collected just two assists in his first 20 AHL games. He'll finish out the year with Saginaw, where he was second on the team in points with 70 (19G / 51A) in 62 games last year.
John Tavares (illness), Zach Hyman (bumps and bruises) and Kyle Clifford (personal) were all absent from practice on Monday which is why Aberg was recalled. The 26-year-old has scored 16 goals with 22 assists (38 points) in 43 AHL games this season.

With Carter Hart ready to return to the Flyers net on Monday, Lyon returns to the AHL, where he has gone 9-13-2 with a 2.59 GAA and .916 SV% this season. During his time with Philly, the 27-year-old was 1-1-0 while allowing eight goals on 73 shots (.890 SV%).

Hammond came up to serve as Jonas Johansson's backup on Sunday afternoon because Carter Hutton was dealing with a family matter. Hammond being sent back suggests that Hutton will be back for Tuesday's game vs. the Red Wings.

After a solid rookie season, Joseph struggled in his first 34 NHL games this season. Since going down to Syracuse, the 23-year-old has scored five goals with nine assists (14 points) in 20 AHL games.

With Alexander Wennberg out long-term, the Blue Jackets have been thinned out up the middle. Riley Nash was forced to move up to the third line but their fourth lineup has struggled as a result. The Blue Jackets decided to look past their AHL team and called-up one of their top prospects from the London Knights. Foudy was a first-round pick (No.18 overall) in 2018 and has scored 20 goals with 23 assists (43 points) in 32 OHL games this season. He is expected to make his NHL debut on the Blue Jackets’ third line on Monday. His stay will likely be a short one, at which point he’ll return to the OHL.

Carter Hutton is dealing with a family matter so Hammond will come up and serve as Jonas Johansson's backup vs. the Ducks.

With Erik Gudbranson getting hurt on Friday both Mahura and Brendan Guhle were recalled from San Diego prior to today's game in Buffalo. One or both of them figure to draw into the lineup. For Mahura, he has four points (1G / 3A) in 11 NHL games and 13 points (3G / 10A) in 31 AHL games this season.

Roy has appeared in eight straight games with the Golden Knights and he'll likely be in the lineup on Tuesday. This is probably just for some extra cap savings as we get closer to the NHL Trade Deadline.

Jeremy Lauzon is likely facing a suspension, so Vaakanainen is here to replace him in the lineup in Detroit. The 21-year-old, former first-round pick (No.18 overall in 2017) has 12 points (4G / 8A) in 42 AHL games this season.

Pilut was assigned to the AHL yesterday morning after being a healthy scratch on Friday and suited up for the Americans but returns to the AHL where he will likely be scratched for the second game in a row. It seems unlikely the Sabres would have him play in Toronto at 7 pm then again in Buffalo at 3 pm today.



With both Ryan McDonagh and Jan Rutta out, Gaunce comes up to serve as the Lightning's seventh defenseman. The 29-year-old has scored four goals with 24 assists (28 points) in 47 AHL games this season.

Sprong did not appear in a single game during his most recent call-up so he'll go back to the AHL where he can play some games. Kiefer Sherwood was called up to take his spot on the roster.

Sherwood suited up for 50 NHL games last year but has spent the entire 2019-20 season in the AHL, picking up 21 points (14G / 7A) in 30 games. He'll replace Daniel Sprong on the Ducks active roster.
