Jarnkork suffered an undisclosed injury vs. the Hurricanes last Wednesday and was moved to IR on Wednesday. The move was made to open up a roster spot for Kole Lind to be recalled, who could replace Jordan Eberle (lower-body). Jarnkrok is eligible to return whenever he's back to 100 percent.

Joshua has not picked up a point in six games with the Blues this season. He'll replace James Neal on the roster and should replace Robert Bortuzzo or Niko Mikkola in the lineup with the Blues going back to 12 forwards and six defensemen.

Stecher will be out until at least late February after undergoing wrist surgery. Stecher played a huge role for the Red Wings last year (17:19 ATOI) but the additions of Moritz Seider and Nick Leddy has pushed him down the depth chart (14:28 ATOI), so this isn't a huge loss for the Red Wing, who will continue to use Gustav Lindstrom on the third pair.

Domi has not played since October 31st but will replace Gregory Hofmann in the lineup on Saturday. Domi, who has four points (1G / 3A) in four games, will skate on the fourth line with Jack Roslovic and Justin Danforth.

Domi missed the past six games after being placed in the NHL's COVID-19 protocol list on November 1. He has collected one goal and three assists in four games this season.

Pezzetta has skated in nine straight games for the Canadiens but will be scratched on Saturday with Chris Wideman dressing as a seventh defenseman.

Groulx has been a healthy scratch for the last three games, so he'll go to San Diego to get playing time. The 21-year-old centre had 10 goals and 19 assists (29 points) in 42 games last year.

Tavares missed Wednesday's game in Philadelphia but was on the ice for Friday's morning skate and is expected to play vs. Calgary. Tavares is riding a six-game point streak, scoring six goals with four assists (10 points) over that span.

The Red Wings provided a more clear timeline for Stecher but still have not disclosed the nature of his injury. With Stecher out, Gustav Lindstrom should continue to skate with Marc Staal moving forward.

With Jake Neighbours being sent to the WHL on Wednesday, Joshua comes up to take his spot on the roster. Joshua has not registered a point in three games with the Blues this season but has four points (1G / 3A) in seven AHL games.

Stecher will miss his third straight game on Tuesday and could miss an extended period of time. There's no indication of what is ailing Stecher but expect an update after he sees a specialist.
