Blue Jackets' head coach John Tortorella is expected to address the media when the team arrives at the rink around 5 p.m. ET. Sergei Bobrovsky is coming off of a 38-save shutout and will likely face the tougher of the two opponents in Ottawa on Saturday evening.

Bobrovsky has stopped 57 of 60 shots (.950 SV%) in his last two starts and will make his third straight start tonight vs. the Wild. He stopped 29 of 31 shots in a 4-2 win in his first start vs. the Wild.

The Blue Jackets have been skipping their morning skates for the majority of the year, so it’s not surprising to see them doing so today. It was easier to just pencil Bobrovksy in earlier in the year, but he’s now lost four in a row while allowing four goals in each start with an .864 SV%.
