Pelletier was acquired in a trade from the Calgary Flames on January 30th but missed four straight games due to difficulties with his visa. The 23-year-old Pelletier averaged 12:38 time-on-ice and had 11 points (4G / 7A) in 24 games with the Flames this season.
Moser (lower-body) is expected to return to Tampa Bay's lineup on Sunday vs. Seattle.
Moser has not played since mid-December due to a lower-body injury but will likely return to the lineup on Sunday against the Seattle Kraken. Before his injury, the 24-year-old Moser had been productive from the blueline for Tampa Bay this season, averaging 19:54 time-on-ice and recording 10 points (2G / 8A) and a 13 plus/minus rating in 27 games.
Pelletier has gotten his visa issues resolved and is good to make his debut for Philadelphia.

Kucherov was a late scratch in Tampa Bay's final game before the break for the 4-Nations Face Off, tending to an upper-body injury, but was back at practice on Wednesday. The 31-year-old Kucherov is having another incredible season, among the league leaders offensively, with 82 points (25G / 57A) in 52 games this season. Tampa Bay returns to action on February 23rd against the Seattle Kraken.
Kucherov (upper body) participated in warmups but is day-to-day and will not play on Sunday.

A fourth-round pick in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft, Duke is yet to make his NHL debut. He is enjoying a fairly productive first AHL season with Syracuse, registering nine goals and 13 assists in 36 games.

Cirelli played 22:25 time-on-ice in Tuesdays 4-3 win over the Ottawa Senators, recording an assist and showing no signs of injury, but will not play on Thursday due to an upper-body injury. He has not been ruled out of Tampa Bay's upcoming back-to-back this weekend. The 27-year-old Cirelli is averaging 18:58 time-on-ice and has 40 points (19G / 21A) in 51 games this season.

Tampa Bay held on for a 4-3 win over the Ottawa Senators in their previous outing and will roll with Vasilevskiy between the pipes in a rematch on Thursday. The 30-year-old Vasilevskiy has played well lately, posting a .937 SV% in his last seven games (4-2-1). He has a 2.31 GAA and .917 SV% through 40 games this season (22-15-3). Tampa Bay enters Thursday's contest as -149 home favorites against an Ottawa team with wins in five of their last six (5-1-0).
