Brown did not play on Tuesday but will return to the lineup on Thursday against the Buffalo Sabres, replacing Derek Ryan, who will be a healthy scratch. Last week, Brown scored his first goal of the season on his 89th shot.

The Devils will return to Allen in the crease for the third straight game on Thursday when they face off against the Winnipeg Jets. Allen has been excellent since being acquired in a pre-deadline trade, allowing only six total goals in three games (2-1-0), and posting a tremendous .946 SV%. That said, the Devils enter action as +109 home underdogs against a Jets club that has outscored their opposition 16-3 during a three-game winning streak.

Bjugstad was limited to only 7:24 time-on-ice before exiting Saturday's 4-1 win over the New Jersey Devils with an undisclosed injury but will return to the ice on Wednesday against the Dallas Stars. The 31-year-old Bjugstad is enjoying a productive season with the Coyotes, tallying 37 points (17G / 20A), 143 shots, and 106 hits in 67 games.

With Los Angeles on the second half of their back-to-back and Cam Talbot taking the crease in Tuesday's 6-2 win over Chicago, David Rittich will man the crease on Wednesday vs. Minnesota. The 31-year-old backup started the year in the AHL but has impressed and surprised many with his 10-5-3 record, .916 SV% and 2.29 GAA in 20 games played this season. He'll host the Minnesota Wild who are on a bit of a heater having won four of their last five games while ranking 18th in the NHL in goals per game on the season (3.07).

Brown will be the odd-man out on Tuesday when the Oilers host the Habs. Derek Ryan will draw into the lineup in his place.

Jayden Struble will be a healthy scratch on Tuesday, allowing Kovacevic to return to the lineup after a one-game absence. Kovacevic has only played twice in the last six games, being held off the scoresheet while averaging fewer than 15 minutes of ice time.

John Marino (upper-body) will not play on Tuesday, allowing Hatakka to enter the Devils' lineup. Hatakka has played nine games with the Devils this season, tallying two points (0G / 2A) and a +6 plus/minus.

With the Devils' recent acquisitions of Kaapo Kahkonen and Jake Allen, Daws has become the odd-man out and has been reassigned to the Utica Comets (AHL). Daws struggled to be consistent between the pipes for the Devils this season, posting a 3.15 GAA and .894 SV% in 21 games (9-11-0).

After being acquired before last week's trade deadline, Allen will make his Devils debut on Thursday night. Allen is currently sporting a .892 SV% and a career-worst 3.65 GAA through 21 games this season (6-12-3). The Devils enter action as +164 road underdogs against a Dallas Stars club that is 5-1-0 in their last six and is coming off a disappointing 4-3 loss to the Florida Panthers.

Siegenthaler exited Monday's 3-1 loss to the New York Rangers after playing only 11:24 time-on-ice. The 26-year-old defenseman appeared in 11 straight games after returning from a multi-week absence due to a foot injury earlier this season. He has nine points (1G / 8A), 68 hits, and 79 blocks in 49 games this season.
