Rittich will start against the Penguins on Monday.

The Kings are coming off a 4-2 loss to the Seattle Kraken and will revert to Rittich between the pipes on Monday against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Rittich has only played once this month, a 2-1 loss to the Calgary Flames when he saved 16 of 18 shots (.889 SV%). The Czech netminder has a 2.52 GAA and .887 SV% in 21 appearances this season (11-9-0). Noesen (illness) will not travel to Toronto for New Jersey's game on Thursday.

Noesen did not play in Tuesday's 2-1 loss to the Florida Panthers and will likely not play on Thursday against the Toronto Maple Leafs. The 31-year-old Noesen is far-and-away having his best offensive season, scoring 28 points (17G / 11A) in 45 games.

McLaughlin cleared waivers and has been assigned to Providence (AHL).

McLaughlin has only played once since December 31st and was placed on waivers by the Bruins on Sunday. The 25-year-old played a career-high 12 NHL games with the Bruins this season, tallying two points (2G / 0A) and 23 hits. He was officially assigned to Providence (AHL) on Monday afternoon.

McLaughlin will be a healthy scratch in New York on Thursday.

Oliver Wahlstrom will re-enter the Bruins lineup on Thursday against the New York Rangers, returning McLaughlin to the press box as a healthy scratch. The 25-year-old McLaughlin is averaging 9;35 time-on-ice and has two points (2G / 0A) in 11 games this season.

Allen will start in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The Devils were on the losing end of a 3-2 score against the Anaheim Ducks last night and will revert to Allen between the pipes on Wednesday against the Los Angeles Kings. Allen has struggled lately, allowing three or more goals in four straight (0-4-0), posting a .860 SV%. He has a 2.89 GAA and .897 SV% in 12 games this season (5-6-1). The Devils enter Wednesday's contest -118 road favourites against a Kings club riding a two-game winning streak.
