Glass (upper-body) is taking part in morning line rushes and is expected to return vs. Detroit on Monday.

Glass only lasted one full game in a return from an upper-body injury before reaggravating it and missing another 12 days. The 26-year-old Glass has three points (3G / 0A) in 10 games this season. He should return to the lineup on Monday against the Detroit Red Wings.

The Devils' offense has struggled with Jack Hughes (hand) out of the lineup, being outscored 12-4 in their last three games (0-3-0), and will likely turn to Markstrom to tend the twine on Monday against the Detroit Red Wings. The 27-year-old Markstrom has allowed three or more goals in five straight (2-1-1), and has a troubling 3.83 GAA and .864 SV% in nine games this season (5-3-1).
