Zuccarello was a surprise scratch in Ottawa on Tuesday but was back on the ice on Wednesday and is expected to play in Toronto. Zuccarello will replace Jordan Greenway, who is out with an upper-body injury of his own.

Gustavsson stopped 31 of 33 shots in the Senators' loss to the Rangers on Sunday. With Matt Murray (personal) unavailable on Tuesday, Gustavsson will likely serve as Anton Forsberg's backup vs. the Wild.

Tarasenko was scratched in Toronto on Saturday but was on the ice for Monday's practice and is expected to play vs. the Flyers on Tuesday. Tarasenko has scored 10 goals with 12 assists (22 points) in his last 16 games.

Sturm will be a healthy scratch for the first time all season, making way for Nick Bjugstad (upper-body) to play for the first time since the Winter Classic.

Tarasenko was not on the ice for Saturday's morning skate and will not play vs. the Maple Leafs. With Tarasenko out, Jordan Kyrou will skate with Robert Thomas and Pavel Buchnevich.

Hughes missed three games while in COVID-19 protocol but is eligible to play Thursday in San Jose. The Canucks would not announce who will come out to make room for Hughes but it should be either Brad Hunt or Kyle Burroughs.

Foligno was suspended for two games for kneeing Adam Lowry last Tuesday but is set to play tonight in Winnipeg, vs. Lowry and the Jets. Foligno, who has had an outstanding season (17G / 10A), will be back on a line with Joel Eriksson Ek and Jordan Greenway.

Pitlick never found his groove with the Flames, registering just two assists in 25 games. He gets sent to Montreal to help clear salary space for the Flames to bring on Toffoli. He'll likely play a similar, bottom-6 role in Montreal.

Foligno kneed Lowry during a fight on Tuesday night and will miss Saturday's game vs. Carolina and Monday's game vs. Detroit. Foligno will be eligible to return next Wednesday in Winnipeg. Brandon Duhaime will move up to the third line while Foligno is out.

Foligno missed the final two games before the All-Star break but is set to play Tuesday in Winnipeg. Foligno was back in a familiar spot with Joel Eriksson Ek and Jordan Greenway in Monday's practice. Foligno has scored four goals with four assists (eight points) in his last nine games.

Hughes will miss at least five days and two games after being added to the COVID-19 protocol list on Monday. If he misses the minimum amount of time, he'll be eligible to play Saturday vs. the Maple Leafs. Hughes has picked up eight assists in 15 games since the Christmas break. Expect Oliver Ekman-Larsson to take over as the quarterback on the Canucks' top power-play unit.
