Troy Stecher will draw back into the Oilers lineup on Friday, making Ceci a healthy scratch. The 30-year-old Ceci has 24 points (4G / 20A) in 76 games this season.

The Senators were shut out 2-0 with Jonas Korpisalo between the pipes on Tuesday against the Florida Panthers and will switch to Forsberg in the crease on Thursday against the Tampa Bay Lightning. Forsberg has struggled lately, allowing five goals on 23 shots (.783 SV%) across his last two outings (0-2-0). The Senators enter action as +144 road underdogs.

Edmundson has not played since March 24th due to an undisclosed ailment but will draw back into the lineup on Thursday. In seven games with the Maple Leafs, Edmundson has zero points, five shots, and 14 hits.

Turcotte has not played since March 19th and will partake in a conditioning stint with the Ontario Reign (AHL). The 23-year-old Turcotte has four points (1G / 3A) in 20 games this season.



Kuemper left practice early on Wednesday due to an undisclosed injury but appears good to go as he is scheduled to start on Friday vs. Carolina. The 33-year-old Stanley Cup-winning veteran has struggled in his second season in Washington, with his ugly 13-13-3 record, 3.32 GAA and .888 SV%. He'll be looking to snap Washington's four-game losing streak as he heads to Carolina on Friday, who has won eight of their last 10 games and are eighth in the NHL in goals per game (3.34).

Kuemper has only started one of the last 10 games for the Capitals but with an impending back-to-back against the Pittsburgh Penguins and Carolina Hurricanes, he will likely see some action if he can suit up. The 33-year-old Kuemper has had a forgettable season, posting an ugly 3.32 GAA and .888 SV% in 33 games (13-13-3).

Moverare will get a chance to play against the Kraken on Wednesday as the Kings are opting to dress seven defensemen. Moverare has just one goal and no assists in 20 games this season.

Ceci was absent from the Oilers' morning skate on Friday due to a lingering illness and will be a game-time decision on Saturday vs. Anaheim. If the 30-year-old defenseman is unable to go, Troy Stecher will likely take his spot in the lineup. Ceci has yet to miss a game this season as he has three goals, 21 points, 86 SOG and a +6 plus/minus through 71 games played so far.
