Levi will get his first chance back between the pipes for the Sabres since being recalled from Rochester (AHL) on Sunday. Levi's last outing came on January 9th, when he surrendered five goals on just 26 shots as Buffalo fell to the Kraken by a score of 5-2. Time will tell if the three appearances Levi made in the AHL helped him sort out his game, but the Sabres will be hoping their young netminder can improve on the .889 SV% he's posted across 19 NHL appearances this season. He draws a difficult assignment in his return with the Sabres being +160 underdogs in Los Angeles.

The move was retroactive to January 16th. Murphy has played all 43 games for the Blackhawks this season, scoring eight points (2G / 6A), tallying 93 hits, and 105 blocks.

Jarry will get the nod for the fifth consecutive game on Monday when the Penguins travel to Tempe to take on the Coyotes. Jarry took the loss his last time out, allowing three goals on 29 shots enroute to a 3-2 defeat in Vegas on Saturday. It was the fifth defeat Jarry's suffered in his last six starts, despite posting a respectable .910 SV% across that span. He's got a good chance of getting back in the win column on Monday with the Penguins being -150 favourites at Mullett Arena.

Levi has not started an NHL games since January 9th, so the Sabres sent him back to the AHL to get in some game action on Saturday. Levi allowed three goals on 17 shots in a 7-3 win for Rochester. He'll now accompany the team on their California road-trip, where he figures to start either Tuesday in Anaheim or Wednesday in Los Angeles. Levi is 8-7-2 with a 3.32 GAA and .889 SV% in 19 NHL appearances this season.

The team did not announce his return ahead of Friday's game, but Walman is listed as being in the Red Wings lineup per the official roster report on NHL.com. Walman lasted played on January 11th, missing the last three games with the illness. He has nine goals and eight assists in 38 games this season.

Shea spent a portion of the season with Pittsburgh but has not been in the lineup since December 8th. The 26-year-old has zero points, 13 shots, and 13 hits in 19 games this season.

Kapanen seemingly had no issue in the Blues' last game, playing 15:47 time-on-ice, above his season average, but has been placed on the injured reserve with an ankle injury and is expected to miss at least four weeks. Kapanen has struggled in his first full season with the Blues, scoring only 13 points (4G / 9A) in 42 games, his worst point-per-game pace (0.31) since his rookie season in 2017-18 with the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Murphy has played all 43 games for the Blackhawks this season, scoring eight points (2G / 6A), tallying 93 hits, and 105 blocks. He will be replaced by Jarred Tinordi on the blue line in Tuesday's game against the San Jose Sharks.

Dickinson is pacing for the best offensive season of his career and has been rewarded with a two-year, $4.25M AAV contract extension. Through 43 games this season, Dickinson has 21 points (14G / 7A) and is well on pace to break his career-high of 30 points that he set last season with the Blackhawks.

Jarry was strong in a 3-2 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes on Saturday, saving 32 of 35 shots (.914 SV%) and will return to the crease on Monday afternoon against the red-hot Seattle Kraken, who are riding a nine-game winning streak. Jarry has failed to record a victory in his last three straight, allowing three goals in each.

Emberson left Tuesday's game vs. Toronto after 21:49 due to an undisclosed injury and will now be out week-to-week as he recovers. The 23-year-old rookie has been one of few bright spots in San Jose this season, with his goal, six assists, 22 SOG, two PIMs and -2 plus/minus in 21 games prior to his injury.

Walman was battling an illness that prevented him from practicing on Wednesday but he will be ready to play on Thursday against the Edmonton Oilers. In his last five games, Walman has four points (1G / 3A) while averaging nearly 20 minutes of ice time per night.
