Kapanen left Sunday's game vs. St. Louis and did not return.

Kapanen returned from a nearly three-month absence due to an injury at the beginning of January, and will return to the sidelines after suffering an injury in the first period of Sunday's game against the St. Louis Blues. Oilers' Head Coach Kris Knoblauch said Kapanen will miss some time but insisted the injury is not long-term like his previous one. The 29-year-old Kapanen has nine points (3G / 6A) in 14 games this season.

Ingram will start Sunday vs. the Blues.

Tristan Jarry recorded his first shutout as an Oiler in yesterday’s 6-0 win over the Vancouver Canucks, but the team will turn to Ingram on Sunday in the tail end of their back-to-back against the St. Louis Blues. Despite losing half of his games (4-3-1), Ingram has been excellent between the pipes since making his Oilers debut last month, allowing three or fewer goals in all but one game, posting a 2.54 GAA and .907 SV%.

Lazar will draw back into Edmonton's lineup vs. New York on Thursday.

Andrew Mangiapane will be a healthy scratch on Thursday against the New York Islanders, allowing Lazar to re-enter the lineup. The 30-year-old Lazar is averaging 8:57 time-on-ice and has three goals in 24 games this season.

Tristan Jarry (lower body) made his return from a multi-week absence in Edmonton's most recent game, but they will revert to Ingram, who made a lasting impact in his Oilers' debut while Jarry was sidelined. The 28-year-old Ingram was outstanding in his previous outing, saving 29 of 30 shots (.967 SV%) in a 4-1 win over the Chicago Blackhawks. The 28-year-old goalie has a 2.70 GAA and .904 SV% in seven games this season (4-2-1). The Oilers enter Thursday's contest as -154 home favorites against a New York Islanders team that has lost two of its last three games (1-1-1).

Jarry will start in Nashville on Tuesday.

Jarry will make his long-awaited return to the crease for the Oilers on Tuesday after missing the last 11 games with a lower-body injury. The 30-year-old was off to a promising start to his Oilers career after being acquired from the Penguins, going 3-0-0 in three games with a 3.08 GAA and .887 SV%. Jarry and the Oilers enter action on Tuesday at -125 on the money line.

Jarry has missed 11 straight games since suffering a lower-body injury, but appears to be nearing a return to the crease after being activated from LTIR. The 30-year-old Jarry went 3-0-0 in three games with the Oilers before his injury, posting a 3.08 GAA and .887 SV%.

Henrique (undisclosed) has been placed on LTIR.

Henrique was injured early in last Tuesday's 6-2 win over the Nashville Predators, exiting the game after only 2:26 time-on-ice because of an undisclosed injury. The 35-year-old forward is averaging a career-low 13:50 time-on-ice in a mostly defensive role for the Oilers this season, scoring 10 points (2G / 8A) through 43 games.

Ingram will start in Chicago on Monday

Ingram played well in Edmonton's most recent game, saving 27 of 30 shots (.900 SV%) in a 4-3 shootout loss to the Los Angeles Kings, and he will return to the crease on Monday against the Chicago Blackhawks. The 28-year-old Ingram has had an up-and-down start to his Oilers tenure, posting a 2.98 GAA and .892 SV% in six games (3-2-1). The Oilers enter the action on Monday as -154 road favorites against a Blackhawks team that has points in six of their last seven games (5-1-1).

Jarry will miss his 10th straight game on Saturday, expiring his LTIR clock and making him eligible to return whenever he's 100%. Head coach Kris Knoblauch said that he could be back next week, when the Oilers have five games, including two sets of back-to-backs.
