Beecher will make his Flames debut on Wednesday in Buffalo.
Calgary claimed Beecher off of waivers from the Boston Bruins earlier this week, and he will draw into their lineup on Wednesday against the Buffalo Sabres. The 24-year-old Beecher has 22 points (11G / 11A) in 136 career NHL games.

Cooley is expected to start in Buffalo on Wednesday.
Earlier in the season, the Flames were playing Dustin Wolf on both ends of back-to-backs, but have seemingly been more comfortable lately with Cooley, who will likely tend the twine on Wednesday against the Buffalo Sabres. The 28-year-old Cooley has yet to record a win this season, but has been impressive in limited action, posting a 1.75 GAA and .935 SV% in five appearances (0-2-1). The Flames enter Wednesday's contest as +137 road underdogs against a Sabres team coming off a 5-1 win over the Edmonton Oilers.

The 24-year-old Wolf has a solid 2.00 GAA and .925 SV% in his last six games (3-2-1). He has a 3.01 GAA and .896 SV% in 17 games this season (5-10-2). The Flames enter Tuesday's contest as -116 road underdogs against a Blackhawks team that is 4-2-2 at home.

Hunt is no stranger to the NHL, with 54 points (18G / 36A) in 235 career games, but has mostly been an AHL player the previous several seasons. The 29-year-old has 16 points (5G / 11A) in 15 games with the Wranglers (AHL) this season.
Morton has been recalled from the Calgary Wranglers (AHL).
Morton made his NHL debut last season, playing one game with the Flames, but has otherwise exclusively played in the AHL. The undrafted 26-year-old has 12 points (4G / 8A) in 16 games this season with the Wranglers (AHL).
Honzek (upper body) is out week-to-week.
Honzek left Saturday’s game vs. Winnipeg with an upper-body injury and did not return.

After being a journeyman for the first decade of his professional career, Hanley become an NHL regular last season with the Flames. He has played all 18 games this season, but will be a healthy scratch on Thursday against the San Jose Sharks. He has three assists and 25 block in 18 games this season.

Joel Hanley will be a healthy scratch on Thursday against the San Jose Sharks, allowing Bean to return to the lineup for the first time since November 1st. The 27-year-old Bean is averaging 16:38 time-on-ice and has one assist in 10 games this season.
