Frost set career-highs in games played (55), goals (5) and assists (11) with the Flyers in 2022. The RFA gets a one-year deal and will maintain his RFA status next summer. Frost should be a full-time NHLer in 2022-23.

Kirkland was a third-round pick in 2014 but has yet to make his NHL debut since turning pro in 2017. The 25-year-old, who had 48 points (25G / 23A) in 66 games with Stockton (AHL) last year, will likely report to San Diego (AHL) to start 2022-23.

Strome found a home on the Rangers' second line playing with Artemi Panarin for the last three seasons, tallying 53 goals and 109 assists (162 points) in 200 games--22 goals and 45 assists (67 points) per 82-game pace. In Anaheim he should play a similar role as the No.2 centre behind Trevor Zegras but likely will not have the star power of Panarin on his wing.




In his first three NHL seasons, Olofsson has averaged 24 goals and 32 assists (56 points) per 82 games. Olofsson finished the 2021-22 season on a heater, scoring 13 goals with 12 assists (25 points) in his final 28 games.





Lomberg played just 7:39 TOI in Game 1, registering five hits. He will be replaced by Noel Acciari on the Panthers' fourth line.

Hanley has been a healthy scratch for the last four games but will replace John Klingberg (lower-body) in the lineup on Friday. Hanley has just five points (1G / 4A) in 43 games this season.



Lomberg was suspended for his instigator penalty in the final five minutes of Sunday's loss to the Lightning. Maxim Mamin will likely draw back into the lineup to replace Lomgberg on Tuesday unless Carter Verhaeghe (undisclosed) its ready to go.

Lomberg has played in 10 straight games but will get a night off on Tuesday. Lomberg plays a rugged game, so some late-season maintenance will help keep him fresh. Maxim Mamin will replace him on the fourth line.
