The Hurricanes have signed Alex Lyon to a one-year, two-way contract.
The Coyotes have acquired Conor Timmins, a 2022 first-round pick and a 2024 conditional third-round pick from the Avalanche for Darcy Kuemper.
The Ducks have signed Sam Carrick to a one-year contract extension.
Carrick split the 2021 campaign between the AHL and NHL, finishing with six points (2G / 4A) in 13 games with the Ducks. He finished sixth among San Diego (AHL) skaters in points-per-game, scoring 14 goals with 10 assists (24 points) in 27 games (0.889 Pts/gm).
The Capitals have signed Beck Malenstyn to a one-year, two-way contract extension.
Krebs is out indefinitely after undergoing surgery to repair a fractured jaw on Sunday.
Krebs (face) is not expected to play Monday.
The Golden Knights have not released any information on Krebs' status after he was shut in the face by a pick on Saturday. However, there's a report that he's expected to miss an extended period of time, so it seems highly unlikely that he'll play Monday.
