The Devils have recalled Pavel Zacha from Sarnia (OHL).
Zacha, 19, was the Devils first round pick (6th overall) in 2015 and has finished up his second season with Sarnia. In 51 regular season games he collected 64 points (28G / 36A) and 13 points (6G / 7A) in seven playoff games. Look for him to make his NHL debut in the Devils’ season finale.

The Canucks have reassigned Brendan Gaunce to Utica (AHL).
Gaunce had one goal in six games with the Canucks during his call-up, but now he returns to Utica, where he has 33 points (15G / 18A) in 43 games this season.

The Bruins have recalled David Pastrnak from Providence (AHL).
Pastrnak spent the All-Star break with Providence and has four points (1G / 3A) in three games with the AHL Bruins this season. He has nine points (5G / 4A) in 18 games with Boston and is expected to skate on the second line on Tuesday.
Pastrnak (upper-body) is on the ice for warmups.
Pastrnak missed the last three games with an upper-body injury, but he is on the ice for warmups, so he could return tonight in Montreal. Pastrnak has seven points (4G / 3A) in 14 games this season.

Pastrnak is expected to be in the lineup on Friday for the first time October 31st. Pastrnak was in practice on Thursday and skated on the top line with Patrice Bergeron and Loui Ericsson. Pastrnak has two goals and two assists (four points) in 10 games this season.

Pastrnak has not played for the Bruins since October 31st. He was sidelined by a foot injury for an extended period of time and just returned from a loan to the Czech Republic at the World Junior Championships, where he had four points in four games. He suffered a finger injury during the tournament, so maybe the Bruins just want to get him back up to speed in the North American game before bringing him back to the big club.
Lindholm (undisclosed) is on the ice for warmups; expected to be in the lineup.
Lindholm (upper-body) will be in the lineup on Tuesday.
Lindholm missed Saturday’s game with a minor upper-body injury, but will be back in the lineup tonight vs. the Flames. Lindholm has enjoyed a solid start to the year, having posting two goals, four assists and 43 shots on goal in 20 games.
Lindholm (upper-body) practiced on Monday; listed as questionable for Tuesday.
Lindholm missed Saturday’s game in Tampa Bay, but his availability for Monday’s practice means there is a chance that he plays Tuesday vs. the Flames. Monitor during Tuesday’s morning skate.

The Avalanche have assigned Nikita Zadorov to San Antonio (AHL).
Zadorov served as a healthy scratch in three of the last four games. He was a minus-3 in just 10:36 on Thursday and and is a minus-5 on the season. Zadorov was a key piece in the Ryan O’Reilly trade, but is viewed as a bit of a project. He has an extremely projectable frame and a nasty side to his game, but he hasn’t fully developed into an everyday NHL defenseman yet. The AHL will allow him more ice time and freedom to grow.
Pastrnak (foot) will not travel on the Bruins' upcoming road trip; expected to miss three games.
Pastrnak missed Tuesday’s game with a foot injury and is expected to miss the next three games. Pastrnak will not travel on the road trip, which means that Alex Khokhlachev will remain with the team.
Line Change
Zadorov will be a healthy scratch for the second straight game.
After Zadorov registered two assists and a minus-2 rating in the first 10 games with the Avs, he was scratched on Sunday and will be again tonight. Zadorov has all the tools to become a great NHL defenseman, but he remains a work in progress.
