Swayman was perfect, stopping all 29 shots as he picked up his third straight victory in a win over Philadelphia his last time out. The 24-year-old Bruins' backup has played great as of late, leading to his 10-3-3 record, 2.35 GAA and .912 SV%. He takes on the New York Rangers, who have won three of their last four games and are eighth in the NHL in shots per game (32.9).

Zacha is on pace for the strongest offensive output of his eight-year career with five goals, 20 assists, 64 SOG and a +10 plus/minus through 42 games in his first season in Boston and has signed a four-year, $4.75 million extension Saturday.

Swayman stopped 28 of 29 shots (.966 SV%) for his second straight victory as he beat Anaheim in his previous start. The Bruins' backup netminder has really picked it up as of late, leading to his 9-3-3 record, 2.51 GAA and .905 SV%. They will face the red-hot Philadelphia Flyers, who have won seven of their last eight games after a 3-1 victory over Washington last game.


Sending Reichel back to the AHL suggests that Patrick Kane will be back in the Blackhawks' lineup on Saturday. Reichel looked good in his four-game stint, scoring one goal with two assists (three points). Reichel returns to the AHL, where he's now third on the team with 36 points (14G / 22A) in 32 games this season.

Geekie has four goals, 10 assists, 29 SOG, 16 PIMs and a +18 plus/minus through 31 games but will be a healthy scratch Thursday vs. Boston. Ryan Donato will replace him on Seattle's fourth line.

Korpisalo allowed three goals on 42 shots (.929 SV%) for his second win in three starts as he beat Carolina in his last game. The 28-year-old has been the Blue Jackets' best netminder this season, with his 6-7-1 record, 3.10 GAA and .913 SV%. He takes on the Carolina Hurricanes, who are on an unexpected four-game losing streak after a 5-3 loss to New Jersey last game.


Jokiharju has not played since Dec. 9th due to a lower-body injury but was activated off the injured reserve Tuesday. Prior to his injury, the 23-year-old has one goal, three assists, 20 SOG, 12 PIMs and a +2 plus/minus through 16 games.

Eyssimont will make his San Jose debut Tuesday after getting claimed off waivers from Winnipeg last week. The 26-year-old had a goal, four assists and a +5 plus/minus through 19 games with the Jets prior to being waived and scooped up by the Sharks.

With Koprisalo unavailable, the Blue Jackets recalled Jet Greaves from Cleveland (AHL) to serve as Elvis Merzlikins' backup in Tampa. It's unclear whether or not Korpisalo will be available for Thursday's home game vs. the Hurricanes.

Geekie has four goals, 10 assists, 29 SOG, 16 PIMs and a +18 plus/minus through 30 games this season but will be a healthy scratch for the second time in four games Monday night as Seattle takes on Montreal.




Swayman allowed four goals on 25 shots (.840 SV%) for his second straight overtime loss as he was downed by the Buffalo Sabres in his previous start. The Bruins' backup has struggled this season, with his 7-3-3 record, 2.68 GAA and .897 SV%. He will take on the Los Angeles Kings, who have won three of their last four games and eight of their last 10.

Geekie was a healthy scratch for the Kraken's previous game but he will draw back into the lineup on the fourth line for their matchup Thursday vs. Toronto. The 24-year-old has four goals, 10 assists, 27 SOG and a +17 plus/minus through 28 games so far this season.

Reichel ranks fifth in the AHL in scoring with 14 goals, 22 assists and six PIMs through 32 games with Rockford (AHL) but will be recalled by the Chicago Blackhawks for a second time Wednesday. The 2020 1st-round pick (17th overall) had played in one game previously this season with Chicago, picking up a -1 plus/minus across 13:58 TOI.
