Nosek will likely miss all three games on the Bruins' Western Canadian road trip due to a non-COVID illness. With Nosek out, Curtis Lazar will likely shift back to centre on the fourth line.





Nosek suffered an undisclosed injury early in Saturday's game vs. the Ducks and is expected to miss some time. This is bad timing for Nosek, who has enjoyed the best stretch of his career, scoring seven goals with 10 assists (17 points) in his last 23 games.



Nosek scored eight goals with seven assists (15 points) in 67 games in 2020. He has been super consistent but unspectacular during his time in Vegas, recording 15, 17 and 15 points in three seasons. Look for Nosek to be the Golden Knights' fourth line centre with Will Carrier and Ryan Reaves on his wings.


Nosek is expecting the birth of his child, so Nicolas Roy will replace him on the Golden Knights' fourth-line on Thursday.
