Laczynski underwent successful surgery today to repair a torn labrum in his hip and is expected to miss four months.
Laczynski is day-to-day with a lower-body injury.
Laczynski played in his first three NHL games over the last week but will come out of the lineup on Saturday. Carsen Twarynski has been promoted to the active roster and will replace him in the Flyers' bottom-6.

Laczynski was picked in the sixth-round of the 2016 draft and the 22-year-old centre finished his senior season at the University of Ohio State with a team-leading 34 points (11G / 23A) in 36 games.
