Milano had a breakout season with Anaheim in 2021-22, scoring 14 goals and 34 points across 66 games. He started this season in Hershey (AHL) after getting cut from Calgary off a PTO and signing with Washington days later. It will be his third NHL team when he takes the ice for Washington's next game he is dressed.

Milano has missed the last seven games but joined the Ducks in Detroit and could play on Monday. His status for the game is uncertain, so monitor his status when the Ducks hit the ice for warmups at 7:00 PM ET.
Milano was recalled from the AHL on Tuesday and will draw into the Ducks lineup on Thursday. Milano is expected to replace Max Comtois on a line with Ryan Getzlaf.
Milano was banged up in Wednesday's game vs. the Wild and was moved to IR to open up a roster spot on Friday. Max Jones was recalled to take his place on the roster and likely in the lineup.
The Blue Jackets made Milano the 16th overall pick in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft. The 23-year-old forward struggled to maintain a spot in the lineup under head coach John Tortorella. He scored five goals and added 13 assists in 46 games for Columbus this season. Milano is set to become a restricted free-agent on July 1st.

Milano had just one goal in eight games with Columbus last season. He spent most of the year in Cleveland (AHL), where he had 24 points (11G / 13A) in 27 games. He will replace Josh Anderson, who is day-to-day with an injury.
