Pulock had solid numbers in the AHL, producing 24 points (7G / 17A) in 51 games with Bridgeport, but has picked up just one goal in eight games with the Islanders. He will replace Brian Strait in the lineup.

Pulock has no points in four games, so he will come in out in favour of Marek Zidlicky tonight in Pittsburgh.

With Travis Hamonic on IR, the Islanders have recalled Pulock, 20, who was their first round pick (15th overall) in 2013. The 6-foot-1, 218 lbs. defenseman has eight goals and five assists (13 points) in 20 games in his first full pro season.
