Reimer continues to make progress but needs a few weeks of practice before he gets back into a game. It sounds like the Leafs are playing it slow with their starting goalie.
"I thought I was getting better and I thought the way it was going along and the way it was progressing that I was going to be ready to go, but things just kind of plateaued and they've plateaued ever since," he explained. "And now finally the last week the symptoms have kind of been getting better. It's been great and I've felt great the last five days."
Reimer continuing to practice is a welcome sign for fantasy hockey owners and Leafs fans alike. While he has no firm timeline to recover, he is expected to take part in a full practice this Thursday.
