Landeskog has been sidelined since November 15th and will not play tonight in Boston. Landeskog is progressing, but is not quite ready to return to the lineup tonight. Monitor his status as we head into the weekend.

Landeskog will miss his ninth consecutive game with a lower-body injury. Head coach Jared Bednar said that Landeskog is progressing and practiced in a no-contact sweater on Monday, but he will still sit out vs. the Predators. Monitor his status leading up to Thursday’s game in Boston.


Landeskog will not play Monday in Columbus and remains day-to-day with a lower-body injury. The Avalanche captain stayed in Denver instead of travelling with the team, but the Avalanche return home for a game vs. Edmonton on Wednesday.

Landeskog will miss his second straight game with a lower-body injury. With Landeskog out, A.J. Greer will remain in the lineup for his third career NHL games. Monitor Landeskog’s status prior to Monday’s game.

Landeskog missed Wednesday’s practice and will not play Thursday vs. the Stars. The Avalanche may get Matt Duchene back, but losing Landeskog will be a big loss. He is listed as day-to-day, so monitor his status prior to Saturday’s game.

Landeskog cross-checked Ducks’ defenseman Simon Despres in the head during Wednesday’s win and has been suspended for the next three games. With Landeskog suspended, Andreas Martinsen will return to the lineup. The Avalanche captain is eligible to return to the lineup next Sunday in Edmonton.





Landeskog was scratched in Wednesday's game against the Penguins. Landeskog was expected to play but did not come out for warmups and ended up being scratched with Mikhail Grigorenko returning to the lineup. Consider Landeskog as day-to-day until the Avalanche release more information.

After serving a two game suspension, Landeskog will be back on the Avs’ top line with Nathan MacKinnon and Matt Duchene on Thursday. Landeskog’s return means less minutes for Mikhail Grigorenko—Colorado’s captain has 12 points (5G / 7A) in 16 games.


Landeskog missed Friday's contest vs. Nashville but was able to participate in full contact practice over the weekend. He will slide back into the lineup next to Paul Stastny and Alex Tanguay.
